The first valid entry drawn from all entries received will win one (1) Mazda3 SP25 Astina, 2.5L I4 Petrol, 6-speed automatic hatch in Soul Red,
valued up to $41,483.00 (including 12 months registration, stamp duty, other applicable statutory charges, dealer delivery and administration charges, which may vary State by State). The prize does not include comprehensive insurance or any other accessories not expressly specified in these conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative vehicle colour if Soul Red is unavailable at the time of the draw or collection. The winner must collect the prize from their nearest authorised Mazda dealership.
If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the vehicle in their own name, then the winner may assign the prize to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the prize is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and/or the assignee if any) may be

required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.
