National Water Week 2016 TasWater poster competition:
Water, life, growth
Each year, National Water Week events and promotions across Australia encourage individuals, communities and organisations to work together to build community awareness and understanding around water issues. TasWater encourages awareness through an annual poster competition.

The 2016 National Water Week TasWater poster competition is now open to all primary school aged students from around Tasmania. The 2016 theme for the poster competition, set by the Australian Water Association for this year’s National Water Week, is 'Water, life, growth’. This encourages sound water practices and investment in all the water sources to ensure we do not exhaust our current sources in potentially challenging times ahead.

National Water Week provides an opportunity to remind ourselves and teach others that water must be used wisely if there is to be enough to meet the needs of our future generations.
