8. Entry Restrictions
a) Entrants must be 16 years of age or over at the time of
entry.
b) Entrants must be able to redeem their voucher and
collect their prize in person from a Ferguson
Plarre Bakehouse.
9. How to enter Online entry:
Participants must visit gold1043.com.au during the Competition
Period and fully complete the online entry form that includes
specifying their birthday.
(a) All valid entries received will be placed into a random
electronic prize draw.
(b) The Promoter will select 115 (one hundred and fifteen)
entries and those entrants will each be deemed a winner
and receive a AUD$50 Ferguson Plarre Voucher.
10. Limitation on entries Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they
wish, however entrants may only win one prize.

12. Draw Details 1 (one) draw will be conducted for all winners, as follows:
Draw: Monday 5 September between 09:00AM and 10:00AM
AEST. Australian Radio Network, Level 2, 21-31 Goodwood
Street, Richmond, VIC 3121.
13: Prize Details There are 115 (one hundred and fifteen) minor prizes to be
won, as follows:
Each Minor Prize contains;
(a) 1 x AUD$50 Ferguson Plarre Vouchers to be used at any
Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse, Victoria.
Any money remaining on the voucher cannot be redeemed on
other good, or exchanged for cash. The voucher is valid for 12
months from the date of issue as specified on the voucher.
14: Total Prize Value Up to AUD$5,750 Inc. GST
15: Winner Notification Winners will be notified by:
 via SMS to their nominated mobile phone number
16. Publication Details N/A
17: Prize Claim and Delivery The prize voucher will be available for collection by the winner
from the Station. The Station will contact the winner when the
prize is ready for collection.
The voucher is valid at all Ferguson Plarre stores and the winner
must pick up their products from their local store. The cost of
travel to the store not included in the prize.
18. Prize Claim Date and Time
& Unclaimed Prize Draw
The prize voucher must be claimed by 17:00PM AEST Monday 5
December 2016 or the prize will be forfeited.
19. All expenses associated with visiting a Ferguson Plarre
Bakehouse are the responsibility of the winner.
By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a
perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the
materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and
for marketing and promotional purposes.
