Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is via Internet only.
Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and older (Entrants) who live within the delivery areas serviced by Appliances Online Pty Ltd. The promotion starts at 4.15pm (AEDT) on 04/01/2017 and ends at 11:00am (AEDT) on 11/01/2017 (Promotional Period), which will be will be divided into one (1) promotional week (Promotional Weeks) and one (1) corresponding promotional draws (Draws) as set out below in Condition 8 for the purpose of determining winners and awarding prizes in this promotion. Entries will be judged at Level 2, 20A Danks Street, Redfern, Sydney, 2016. Winners will be notified in writing. Winners will also be announced on ApplaincesOnline.com.au Facebook account. All reasonable steps to notify winners of the results of the promotion will be taken by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Limit of one (1) entry per person permitted each day within the Promotional Week. Any subsequent entries will be deemed invalid.
Any costs associated with accessing the Promotional Websites remain an Entrant’s responsibility and may vary depending on the Internet service provider used. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the Promotional Website by an Entrant will deem an entry invalid.
