No, receipts from partial lay-bys, bill payments such the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges, service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills) and business transactions cannot be used. What if I shopped at a store and the desk was closed for me to redeem my voucher am I still eligible?
