TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAUL MCCARTNEY
The following terms and conditions apply for the Grant Broadcasters PAUL MCCARTNEY promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Grant Broadcasters Network General Contest Rules. Where
there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
Participating Stations: 4RO Rockhampton, 4CA Cairns, 4MK Mackay, 4BU Bundaberg, Zinc 96 Sunshine Coast
1. DURATION
The active promotion will be 4 – 22 September 2017
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners will be invited to be the random caller through upon hearing any Paul McCartney song. It can play at any
time across the day. The contestant will then go through to the major prize draw.
3. PRIZE
There will be one major prize for this promotion inclusive of:
 Return airfares to Brisbane from closest airport – Cairns, Mackay, Rockhampton winner only
 Overnight accommodation in Brisbane minimum 3 star
 2 tickets to Paul McCartney Live in Brisbane 9th December
Prize is valid for above dates only, is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Airport transfers, meals and other incidentals are at the expense of the prize winner.
Prize contents or description may change at the discretion of Grant Broadcasters.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winner of the major prize will be randomly drawn from all entrants on Friday 22 September and will be announced
on air Monday 25 September
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning. The winner will then be contacted by phone call to arrange
collection of the Major Prize.
6. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify GRANT BROADCASTERS against, all liability, cost, loss or expense
arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income,
personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act
or omission or otherwise.
7. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all
associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
8. ALTERATION OF CONTEST SPOTS.
Grant Broadcasters reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to
changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.
