She was neither tagged nor messaged. She messaged them and long story short they are express messaging the voucher today. It was for an overnight hotel stay, wine and chocolates, 3 course dinner, full buffet breakfast, late checkout and free parking ($329) Great PR in honouring a 4 months old win!
