CONSUMER COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This Promotion is available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Entrants to the Competition must be over the age of 18. Entrants may not be (i) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this Competition, or (ii) members of the immediate family of such employees and contractors.

2. Promotion commences at 12:00am AEDST 6 October, 2017 and ends at 12 midday AEDST 30 October, 2017.

3. To be eligible to participate in the Competition, the entrant must visit the promotional website at https://www.invisalign.com.au/win and follow the prompts to enter all their details into the mandatory fields in the Competition registration form, including answering in 25 words or less the Competition Question: “Tell us how an Invisalign smile could help move you forward in life."

4. One winner will be chosen by the Promoter based on the creative merit of the entrant’s answer to the Competition Question. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

5. The winner will be notified on Monday, 13 November, 2017. The winning entry will be announced on the Invisalign Australia Facebook page  https://www.facebook.com/invisalignau/. The Promoter will also contact the winner via telephone and email. If the Promoter is unsuccessful in its attempts to contact the selected winner within two [2] weeks from the announcement of the results, a new winner will be selected.

6. The prize for this Competition is one complementary Invisalign treatment, as prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider. Complementary treatment includes fees relating to consultations, office visits to the treating dentist or orthodontist, x-rays, and provision of Invisalign aligners and three sets of Invisalign Vivera® retainers at the completion of treatment. Total prize value is approximately $10,000. The total prize value is indicative only.

7. Treatment must be performed by a provider nominated by the Promoter. Provider options will be outlined for the winner to choose. In the event the selected winner has already commenced Invisalign treatment between the date of submitting their competition entry and the date the winner is drawn, he or she may either opt for a general gift card of AUD$5,000, or transfer the prize to a friend or family member who is deemed eligible and suitable for treatment by a nominated Invisalign provider. The selected winner acknowledges and agrees that he or she will be solely responsible for all personal and other taxes, and/or any payments or reimbursements to insurance providers, that may be payable in relation to the redemption and/or use and enjoyment of the complementary Invisalign treatment prize and/or the substituted prize.

8. Prize is available to winners who are deemed fit and suitable for receiving Invisalign treatment. Suitability conditions apply. Invisalign reserves the right to select another winner if the entrant is not deemed fit for treatment by the dental provider. However, a winner not deemed fit for treatment may transfer their prize to a friend or family member who is deemed eligible for treatment by the Promoter’s nominated provider.

9. Individual results vary.

10. The Promoter will not be liable for any unsuccessful or unsatisfactory treatment outcomes.

11. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer from Invisalign Australia or its affiliates .

12. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues occurring during the duration of the promotion, including any non-access to the contest website or loss of contest entries.

13. Treatment must commence within six months of the announcement of the winning entry. Any prize treatment not commenced within this period will be deemed invalid. The Promoter and its contractors and agents accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected claims.

14. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that if he or she is selected as the winner, they consent to being named on Facebook or on any other medium or platform and to have pictures of their treatment progress taken and published, which may be used in Invisalign Australia’s social media and for PR activity, without any additional compensation to the winner.

15. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of all entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

16. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
