The accommodation prize at the Shangri-La Boracay Resort & Spa and Shangri-La at The Fort in Manila is subject to availability at the time of booking and blackout dates apply. Accommodation at the Shangri-La’s Boracay Resort is in a Deluxe Room and must be taken on consecutive nights. The prize includes round trip transfers via speedboat from Caticlan Airport to Shangri-La’s Boracay Resort & Spa, breakfast buffet for two people, complimentary use of non- motorised water sports facilities such as Hobie Cat, Kayak and Paddle board – all subject to availability, and unlimited use of snorkelling gear throughout the stay.  Blackout dates apply including, but not limited to, December 26, 2018-January 4, 2019, February 15-21, 2019.
Accommodation at the Shangri-La at The Fort is in a Deluxe Room and the one night can only be taken on weekends, between Friday and Sunday. Blackout dates apply. Inclusions include complimentary breakfast at the High Street Café for two people, access to Kerry Sports Manila and outdoor pools, complimentary round trip transfers via BMW X3, complimentary in-room wired Internet and WiFi access. The winner must present the prize voucher on check-in along with two government issued IDs.
The prize includes two return economy tickets from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane to Caticlan Airport, via Manila with Philippine Airlines. The tickets are not transferable for cash. Blackout dates during the month of December 2018 and January 2019 apply. The tickets do not include other applicable taxes and fees.
All other expenses, not specifically stipulated in the prize package as an inclusion, remain the responsibility of the prize winner and their nominated travel companion(s) as incurred, including but not limited to: spending money; additional meals (other than those included); airline taxes; additional travel and transfers; items of a personal nature; in-room charges; gratuities; optional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Vacations & Travel magazine will not be held liable for any loss or harm to prize winners. Travel insurance is the responsibility of all prize winners and we strongly recommend comprehensive cover. Staff of Where Australia or their extended families and friends, are ineligible to enter. The prize will be drawn at 12pm on 3 April, 2018 and the winner notified via email and announced at vacationsmag.com.
