To celebrate finals footy in both the NRL and AFL, we've come up with an exciting game for our listeners. We can't give too much away, but we're looking for people who like footy, and live with either a partner, family member or housemate.

The promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting period at its
absolute discretion.
8. Entry Restrictions
a) Entrants [and their nominee] must be 18 years of age or over
at the time of entry.
b) If the Entrants and their nominee are unavailable to complete
the challenge on a date and time as specified by the promoter,
they will forfeit their entry.
c) Entrants must have the express consent of their nominee to
provide their contact details to participate in this competition.
Any Nominees who are unable to be contacted or are unaware
of their entry will forfeit the Competition and be ineligible to
win the Prize.
d) Entrant must be able to provide current photo ID to claim their
prize.
e) The segment must go to air for the Entrant to be eligible to be
a winner (this will be at ARN Content’s discretion). Entrants
who participate in the challenge but are not taken to air, will
not be awarded a prize.
9. How to enter
Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit
the Station Website and complete the online entry form by
providing their contact details and the details of their nominee
and by stating in 25 words or less “What does your perfect
Grand Final party look like??”. Other mandatory questions will
be included at the Promoter’s discretion.
(b) each entry submitted in the above specified competition
period will be individually reviewed by representatives of the
Station.
(c) The Station will select up to three (3) x entries it deems to be
the “best” from all valid entries received to be in the running
receive a prize.
(d) Over the campaign period (Monday – Friday subject to change
at content discretion) Will & Woody will call a registered
entrant and have them on the line whilst they call their
nominee listed on the registration form. The entrant needs
them to agree to completing a task or challenge over the
phone as picked by Will & Woody without telling them that
this is a Competition, or that Will & Woody are on the line.
(e) If the nominee agrees to the task or challenge (as determined
by the Promoter in its absolute discretion), the entrant can
win up to $1,000. The entrant can share the prize money with
their Nominee at their own discretion.
(f) If the nominee does not agree to complete the task no prize
money will be awarded.
(g) If the Entrant and/or their Nominee do not answer their
phone within the time specified, they will forfeit the prize and
Will & Woody may play again with the next contestant/s until
the prize is giving away at Promoter’s discretion.
(h) The contest segment may be pre-recorded or done live in
show between AEST 4pm-6pm during the contesting period.
(i) If the prize is not awarded, then the Promoter reserves the
right to jackpot the prize for the next segment but is under no
obligation to do so.
10. Limitation on entries Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry
must be submitted via a separate online entry form and
contain a different answer to the question stated on the online entry
form. Entrants may only win one prize each.

12. Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the
Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, humour, suitability
for radio.
13: Prize Details
There are up to three (3) prizes to be won, as follows:
Prize: Cash prize valued at up to AUD$1,000 (inc GST)
14: Total Prize Value Up to $3,000 inc GST
15: Winner Notification
Winners will be notified:
- on air at the time of winning
16: Prize Claim and Delivery Prize/s must be claimed (bank details provided) by 5:00PM AEDST on
Friday 21st December 2018 otherwise they will forfeit the Prize.
The prize money (up to $1,000AUD) will be transferred directly to the
winner’s bank account via EFT.
ARN will not be held accountable for any such decisions or agreements
to split the prize money between the Entrant and Nominee.
17. Special conditions Photos/Videos and other material submitted as part of Entry
By entering this competition, Entrants agree that:
• All photos, videos or other material submitted as part of their
entry and owned by them;
• Materials do not contain images or copyright materials of
anyone else unless they have the express consent of that
person(s);
• Materials do not contain anything which is (as determined by
the Promoter in its discretion) obscene, defamatory, or
otherwise inappropriate.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter reserves the right to
invalidate any entry which does not meet the criteria above.
If at any time the Promoter is led to believe that the challenge has been
pre-meditated or arranged prior to the challenge, the Promoter
reserves the right to disqualify the entrant from the competition.
By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a
perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for
the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and
promotional purposes.
