Conditions of Entry

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation
in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

Single entry permitted only per valid email address. To be eligible the entrant must complete
an entry form online with all mandatory fields completed at
www.thenightmarket.com.au
3.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant
who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of
Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any
stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

Promotion commences on 21
/09/2018 at 9am AEST. Entries close at 11.59pm AEST on
24/10/2018.
5.
All entries will be
automatically signed up to Queen Vic Market Night Market database.
6.
No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete or indecipherable
entries will be deemed invalid.
7.
QVM Pty Ltd competitions and promotions are not open to staff of QVM Pty Ltd (be they
employees or contractors), their immediate familymembers or associated companies, or
QVM traders and their immediate family members.
8.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.
The Prize includes one (1) travel voucher for a return airfare from Melbourne to Manila.
10.
The Prize is valued at $750 AUD.
11.
The winner will be notified by email by 31/10/2018.
12.
The Prize will be issued as a travel voucher and is not
convertible to cash, exchangeable, and
not for sale.
13.
The winner must present the voucher with authenticated identification cards with picture
and signature at Philippine Tours (225 Melville Road Brunswick West Victoria) in exchange
for a confirmed itinerary.
14.
Voucher must be exchanged
by 01/12/2018 and
failure to do so will result in the forfeiture
of the voucher. Extension is strictly not allowed.
15.
Lost travel voucher will not be replaced.
16.
The itinerary is valid for six (6) months from the exchange date, however itinerary is not
valid for travel on embargo dates or during peak season.
17.
The itinerary is non - transferable, non - reroutable, non - convertible to cash and not for sale.
18.
The voucher is inclusive of airfare, surcharges and baggage allowance of 20 kilograms.
19.
The itinerary shall only be for a flight in Cebu Pacific’s owns international long haul route
network. The itinerary is further subject to the condition that the route on which it is to be
flown continues to be operated by Cebu Pacific.

21.
If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the
winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
22.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not redeem an
element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element
of the prize will be forfeited.
23.
If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the
right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or
specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw in
order to distribute the prize

25.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to
disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to
modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the
promotion, as appropriate.
26.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers ,
employees and agents) excludes all liability including negligence for any personal injury; or
loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, in
direct, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where
arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether
or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any the
ft, unauthorized access or third party
interference; (c) any entry prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due
to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize
value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by winner or
entrant; or (f) use of the prize.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is
conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the
Promoter may also
use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, including sending
electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct
information to the Promoter via marketing@ qvm.com.au. All entries become the property
of the Promoter.
28.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in
the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any
media for any unlimited period
without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this
competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,
distributed, and/or supplied by the Promoter.
29.
Queen Victoria Market
reserves the right to alter or amend these
Terms and Conditions at any time and to cancel the competition without further recourse to the entrants.
