Wholesome Mealtimes is an e-course designed to provide practical strategies to encourage children to enjoy a wider variety of foods and for families to enjoy happy, wholesome mealtimes. It consists of 9 short, easily digestible audio episodes with extra fact sheets and resources included. Adding Variety to the Plate is designed to teach the principles with many practical examples rather than be prescriptive so that it can be applied to any child and in any household.
