1. The promoter is Elders Rural Services Australia Limited (ABN 72 004 045 121) (Elders) of 80 Grenfell Street,
Adelaide, SA 5000.
2. Elders’ WIN a Trip to BEEF21 promotion (Promotion) commences at 8:00am AEST on Monday, 24 August 2020
and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Friday, 9 October 2020 (Promotion Period).
3. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, an entrant must:
3.1. be a resident of Australia;
3.2. be 18 years or over;
3.3. during the Promotion, purchase at least $1,000 (exclusive of GST) of Product (as defined in clause 4 below)
from an Elders branch via a single transaction using a current Elders client account; and
3.4. accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4. Product means any product from the following suppliers: Gallagher, Pastoral Ag, Zoetis, Waratah, TruTest Trutest
Datamas, Olssons, Bainbridge, FMC, Corteva, Wrightsons, Barenbrug, Farmbot and Leichts CIA.
5. The prize comprises of the following components:
5.1. 2 x weekly passes to Beef Australia 2021 in Rockhampton, QLD from Sunday, 2 May 2021 to Saturday, 8
May 2021;
5.2. If the winner does not reside in Rockhampton, 2 x return economy class airfares from the Australian capital
city airport closest to the ordinary residential address of the winner to Rockhampton, QLD (departing from
Saturday 1 May 2021 and returning before Monday 10 May 2021). The winner and their companion (if any)
must travel on the same flight.
5.3. 2 nights’ accommodation in Rockhampton, QLD (check in from Saturday 1 May 2021 and check out before
Monday 10 May 2021, with a limit of 2 nights stay in total);
5.4. 2 x entry to Elders Pavilion events from Sunday, 2 May 2021 to Saturday, 8 May 2021; and
5.5. 1 x $250 EFTPOS card.
5.6. If the winner is unable to travel on the dates notified by Elders, the winner may forfeit the prize at the sole
discretion of Elders.
5.7. Accommodation incidentals, meals, travel expenses, additional activities and any other ancillary costs,
including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excess, not listed in the Prize or as
advised by Elders at the time of winning are the responsibility of the winner and their companion as incurred.

6. The Prize is valued at up to $5,000. The Prize is non-transferable, nor redeemable for cash.
7. Promotion draw process:
7.1. Eligible entrants are automatically entered into the Promotion (maximum of 50 entries per client account);
7.2. The winner will be determined by a random draw at Elders’ Blackall branch situated at 148 Shamrock
Street, Blackall, QLD 4472 on Friday, 16 October 2020 at 3:00pm EST;
7.3. The winner will be notified by telephone and email within 7 days of the draw; and
7.4. If Elders is unable to contact the winner by Saturday 24 October 2021, then a redraw will be conducted on
Monday 26 October 2021 at 10:00am EST, in the same manner, at the same location and from the same
pool of eligible entrants as the first draw.
8. The winner will be published on the Elders website www.eldersrural.com/beef21 within 3 days of contacting the
winner.
9. Elders reserves the right to:
9.1. confirm all entries to the Promotion are valid;
9.2. seek further clarification from entrants in relation to their entry/ies and compliance with these Terms and
Conditions;
9.3. disqualify any entrant who:
a. tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the
Promotion;
b. acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or
harassing Elders and its officers, directors, employees, agents or contractors; or
c. contravenes these Terms and Conditions.
10. Elders’ decisions in relation to the Promotion, including the eligibility of transactions to participate in this Promotion
and the drawing process are final and Elders is not obliged to correspond with any entrant in relation to these
matters.
11. Elders and its officers, employees, agents and contractors are not responsible for:
11.1. lost, illegible, misdirected, incomplete or damaged entries and
11.2. incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed
entries,
and to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability for any incidental or consequential damage, however
caused, whether in contract or in tort, arising out of the Promotion is expressly disclaimed and excluded.
12. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that:
12.1. Elders will collect and use your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion;
12.2. Elders may disclose your personal information to its contractors and/or agents to assist it in conducting the
Promotion; and
12.3. Elders may use your personal information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless
otherwise directed by you in writing.
13. Elders’ Privacy Policy explains in detail how Elders will store personal information, what it will be used for and how
it will be protected. This can be accessed at https://elders.com.au/privacy-policy/ or by request in writing to Elders.
14. In circumstances where the Prize (or a portion thereof) has become unavailable for reasons beyond the reasonable
control of Elders, Elders reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or a portion thereof) for an alternative of the same
value in the event that it fails to reach mutual agreement with the winner in relation to a substitute.
15. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Elders reserves the right in its sole discretion
to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
16. The entrant is liable for any taxes, duties or other applicable charges that may be due and payable, for whatever
reason resulting from participating in the Promotion or receiving the Prize.
17. Elders and its agents are not liable for loss, theft, or misuse of any cash payment or property damage, personal
injury, or misfortune in any way attributable to the Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, any costs that the
winner and/or their companion incurs as a result of flights, hotel accommodation and/or Beef Australia 2021 being
cancelled, delayed or rescheduled.
18. These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision
of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of
these Terms and Conditions to be void.
19. Employees of Elders, and their immediate families, associated companies and agencies and suppliers involved in
the Promotion are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
20. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of South Australia.
