To celebrate the launch of our fresh new packaging, we are giving away a Year’s Supply of Jerky. That is 52 bags of your favourite Schulte’s Beef SCHULTE’S
WIN A YEAR’S SUPPLY OF BEEF JERKY COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2020
1. This competition is open to residents of Australia only from 9am Monday 28th September to 5pm Saturday 31st October 2020.
2. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. To enter persons simply need to complete the online entry form on the Schulte’s website, www.schultes.com.au by the closing date. Persons may enter the competition once only.
4. All entrants are required to complete all the mandatory fields as stated. Entrants must be 18 and over to claim the prize.
5. To be eligible, all entries must be submitted by 5pm Saturday 31st October 2020.
6. The prize is 52 packets of Schulte’s beef jerky. The winner may choose jerky flavours subject to stock availability. Total prize value is $493.48.
7. To claim the prize in person participants must provide valid photo identification or confirm their address within Australia in order for the prize to be sent via Australia Post.
8. One winner will be selected at 9am Monday 2nd November 2020 from a random draw conducted at Schulte’s, Plainland.
9. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email, requesting further postage details.
10. If the prize is not claimed by 4pm Friday 27th November 2020, a random draw of all valid entrants will be conducted at 5pm on that day at Schulte’s, Plainland.
11. Printing errors and other quality control matters will not be used as a reason for refusing redemption of prizes.
12. Each entrant consents to the access and disclosure of their information in accordance with the competition. Entrants names may be used in promotional material announcing winners.
13. An entrant may opt out of the competition by simply emailing schultes@plainland.com.au.
14. The prizes are offered by Schulte’s in good faith and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
15. This promotion is offered in good faith and is not to give rise to any legal dispute and is binding in honour only and can be cancelled at any time without notice.
16. In case of a dispute or challenge, Schulte’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Acceptance of prizes indemnifies Schulte’s of any responsibility and Schulte’s accepts no responsibility for and harm or financial loss that may arise from the use of the prizes.
18. The Promoter collects information about you, including for example your name and email address which you provide when entering the competition. This information may be added to a database and used for future marketing. We may disclose your information to our related companies, service and content providers. Where you have entered a competition, we may disclose your personal information to authorities if you are a prize winner or otherwise as required by
law. To request access to, or to update, personal information the Promoter holds about you, entrants can contact the office of the Promoter on 07 5465 6592.
19. Participation in this competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Court of Queensland and all Courts competent to hear appeals there from.
