The Promotion commences at 10:00am (AEST) on 23/11/2020 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on
15/02/2021.
Eligible
Entrants
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of
the Promoter, its related entities and any agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
Entry 1. To enter any one, or all, of the competitions, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional
Period:
(a) Visit turkeytrails.wildturkeybourbon.com.au, follow the prompts to the competition entry (‘Play
Now’) page, pin their location guess on the interactive map and submit the fully completed entry
form by the dates provided relative to the appropriate Competition and its applicable Competition
Period.
(b) There will be 6 (six) Competitions in total during the Promotional Period as listed below:
a. Competition #1: Competition Period starts at 10:00am (AEST) on 23/11/20 and ends
11:59pm (AEST) 07/12/2020
b. Competition #2: Competition Period starts at 10:00am (AEST) on 08/12/20 and ends
11:59pm (AEST) 21/12/2020
c. Competition #3: Competition Period starts at 10:00am (AEST) on 22/12/20 and ends
11:59pm (AEST) 04/01/2021
d. Competition #4: Competition Period starts at 10:00am (AEST) on 05/01/21 and ends
11:59pm (AEST) 18/01/2021
e. Competition #5: Competition Period starts at 10:00am (AEST) on 19/01/21 and ends
11:59pm (AEST) 01/02/2021
f. Competition #6: Competition Period starts at 10:00am (AEST) on 02/02/21 and ends
11:59pm (AEST) 15/02/2021
2. Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
(a) are received outside the Promotional Period;
(b) contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights;
(c) are incomplete or indecipherable; or
(d) do not otherwise comply with these terms,
will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.
Only 1 entry permitted per person per Competition Period is permitted. All duplicate entries will be
removed from the Draw.
Draw 3. The Draw will be conducted at Campari Australia Pty Ltd., Level 21, 141 Walker Street, North Sydney,
NSW 2060, Australia at 3pm (AEST) on the applicable Competition Draw date listed below, by way of
a random draw. Each draw will take place on:
1. Competition #1 Draw: 3.00pm (AEST) 09/12/2020
2. Competition #2 Draw: 3.00pm (AEST) 23/12/2020
3. Competition #3 Draw: 3.00pm (AEST) 06/01/2021
4. Competition #4 Draw: 3.00pm (AEST) 20/01/2021
5. Competition #5 Draw: 3.00pm (AEST) 03/02/2021
6. Competition #6 Draw: 3.00pm (AEST) 17/02/2021
4. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the relevant Prize (Winner) for that Competition.
5. The Promoter may at any time (including after the Promotional Period), verify the validity of entries
and entrants and disqualify any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of
these terms or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair
and proper conduct of the Promotion.
6. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, determine
the identity of the entrant.
Prize(s) 7. The Winner will receive (1) one of the Prizes listed below for the applicable Competition entered:
1. Competition #1 Prize: One (1) two (2) night stay at The Reserve, valued at up to $706
2. Competition #2 Prize: One (1) Master’s Keep Bottled in Bond, valued at $250RRP
3. Competition #3 Prize: One (1) bundle of Wild Turkey camping gear, containing one (1) Wild
Turkey cooler bag & picnic rug, and two (2) Wild Turkey camping chair. Bundle valued at up to
$120 RRP
4. Competition #4 Prize: One (1) Master’s Keep 1894, valued at $250RRP
5. Competition #5 Prize: One (1) two (2) night stay at The Reserve, valued at up to $706
6. Competition #6 Prize: One (1) Gasmate Voyager Portable BBQ, valued up to $129 RRP
The total prize is valued at $2,161 (recommended retail price).
8. If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter in its absolute discretion, may substitute the Prize (or a
component of the Prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written
directions from a regulatory authority. Other than this, the Prize is not transferable or exchangeable,
and cannot be taken as cash.
Notification of
Winner
9. The Winner will be notified in writing by email within 2 days of the Draw. Winner(s) must claim their
Prize(s) within 1 month of the Draw.
10. The Promoter will retain all unclaimed Prize(s) for three and a half months from the date of the Draw.
If the Prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter will randomly re-draw (Redraw) another
winner for the unclaimed Prize at:
1. Competition #1 Redraw: 3.00pm (AEST) 23/03/2021
2. Competition #2 Redraw: 3.00pm (AEST) 06/04/2021
3. Competition #3 Redraw: 3.00pm (AEST) 20/04/2021
4. Competition #4 Redraw: 3.00pm (AEST) 04/05/2021
5. Competition #5 Redraw: 3.00pm (AEST) 17/05/2021
6. Competition #6 Redraw: 3.00pm (AEST) 31/05/2021
11. The winner of the Re-draw will be contacted in writing by email within 2 days of the Re-draw.
Winner(s) of Re-drawn Prizes must claim their Prize within one (1) month of the Re-draw.
12. The Prize will be delivered free of charge to the Winner (or Re-draw winner) at the address nominated
on their entry within 28 days of the draw (or Re-draw).
Privacy 13. The Promoter will collect, use and disclose entrants’ personal information to conduct and manage the
Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.wildturkeybourbon.com.au/privacypolicy. The Promoter may also use entrants’ personal information for promotional, marketing,
publicity, research and profiling purposes for any of the Promoter’s products, including sending
electronic messages to, or telephoning, any entrant.
14. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are
a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for an unlimited period
without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of the Promoter’s products.
Miscellaneous 15. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly. Consumers of legal drinking age
are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical
Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at www.nhmrc.gov.au).
16. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including technical
difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law:
(a) disqualify any entrant; or
(b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel
the Promotion or modify the Prize, as appropriate.
17. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable
guarantees or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
18. Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, the
Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible and
excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage (including loss of
opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
(a) the Promotion and/or the taking or use of the Prize;
(b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control;
(c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(d) any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable
control;
(e) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or entrant; and/or
(f) any damage to or delay in transit of the Prize during delivery,
19. except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter.

reasonably and taking into account any feedback provided. The Promoter’s decision is final.
