We have all played a casual game of backyard cricket in the past with our mates. We make up our own rules like ‘one hand one bounce’ or ‘if it goes in the pool you are out’!
But, I bet it wasn’t the ULTIMATE game of backyard cricket all thanks to Everlast’s new Isotonic Range.

Entry Restrictions Entrants must be able to attend Basil, Xav & Jenna's Ultimate Backyard Cricket (the “Event”) on 12 Feb 2021 (venue TBC)
and, unless otherwise specified, must make their own way to and from this event.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of WA.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter once only. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize, they must not continue to attempt to enter.
Entry Procedure 1. To enter, entrants must during the Online Registration Period, visit the Website, register their details and answer any
questions specified by the Promoter at the point of entry.
2. At the end of the Online Registration Period, the Promoter will judge all valid entries in accordance with the Judging
Details to determine two (2) Major Prize winners.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality, suitability, entertainment value or as otherwise
specified. Where entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s) the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer and
there may be a time factor applied.

Major Ultimate Backyard Cricket Event for the winner and 5 friends (who all
must be 18 years or older) to participate at the Event on 12 February
2021, including food and drinks, cricket match set up and special
sporting guest appearance (as determined by the Promoter).

Total Prize Pool: Up to $10,000.00
Prize subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Prize Provider. Prize winners’ details may be provided to a Prize
Provider for the purposes of prize fulfilment.
Total Prize Pool Up to $10,000.
Prize Restrictions As per Conditions of Entry. Unless the prize is a cash prize, prizes are not redeemable for cash. Not transferable.
Ultimate Backyard Cricket Event
The Event venue will be held at either a Major Prize winner’s house or a location provided by the Promoter, to be agreed
between both winners and the Promoter.
If the Event is held at a winner’s house:
• the winner must be the owner of their place of residence or have the express consent from the owner of the property
to host the Event;
• the winner (or the owner of the property if that is not the winner) must complete and return to the Promoter a signed
venue release form prior to the Event; and
• the winner must make the nominated property available at the time and in the manner specified by the Promoter and
must be available to assist in the set up or to receive delivery of equipment, if requested.
Notification of
Winners
Winner/s will be notified via phone at the time of/immediately after winning.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the
prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the
Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method outlined
in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details, or to another valid entrant who subsequently enters this Promotion or another
Promotion conducted by the Promoter.
Additional Terms By entering this Promotion, all entrants hereby acknowledge that the Prize event may be photographed and/or filmed for the
purposes of marketing and publicity and the winner and their guests may be required to complete and sign performance
release and indemnity forms.
By entering this Promotion, all entrants hereby acknowledge that they are in good physical health suitable for the purposes of
taking part in the Event, and that they will notify the Promoter of any injuries and/or otherwise that may prevent them from
taking part.
In the case of extreme or wet weather, at the Promoter’s discretion the Promoter reserves the right to postpone the Event at
any time. The Promoter will not be held liable for any such necessary changes.
The Promoter may select certain entries throughout the Online Registration Period to discuss and broadcast on air. Any
discussion does not guarantee or necessarily indicate that the entrant is a prize winner. Winners will be selected in accordance
with the Entry Procedure.
Winners may be required to attend the station to participate in promotional activity to be broadcast on air.
