Terms and conditions: Win $250 to spend at the MCA Store *Terms & Conditions of Museum of Contemporary Art Australia Promotion. Who is the promoter? The Promoter is the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia (‘MCA’), ABN 15 003 765 517, 140 George Street, The Rocks, Sydney, Australia 2000, ph. (02) 9245 2400. Who can enter? Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia aged 18 and over. Maximum limit of entries, two per person. Employees and their immediate families of the MCA and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter the competition. How to enter? Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Participants may enter by sharing an image of the MCA’s Lindy Lee 1000 Piece Puzzle on Instagram with the hashtag #lindyleepuzzle and tagging @MCA_Store_Australia. Earn double entry by posting a photo of the completed puzzle. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The competition commences on Saturday 13 February and ends on Sunday 14 March 2021. The competition will be advertised on the MCA and MCA Store social and newsletter platforms. Selection of winners The draw for the winners will take place on Monday 15 March 2021, 11am AEST at the MCA. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to disqualify any participant who submits false information or fails to provide information (if requested), conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage, has breached or is suspected of breaching any of these Terms and Conditions, engages in unlawful or improper conduct or who is otherwise involved in any way with manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this competition. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. The promoter shall contact the winners via direct message on Instagram within two days of the prize draw. The promoter will request a delivery address to ship the prizes via Standard Domestic Postage to the winners at a nominated postal address. Unclaimed Prize Draw In the event that the winner/s cannot be contacted, an alternate winner/s will be drawn. The unclaimed prize draw will take place on Monday 22 March at 11am AEST at the MCA. Promotion and Marketing By entering the competition, the winners consent to the use and publication of their name and the results on mca.com.au. The Prizes The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The prize includes: Winner One (1) x $250 to spend at the MCA Store online in one transaction before 31 December 2021 Runners up Three (3) x Lindy Lee Moon in a Dew Drop exhibition catalogues, valued at $39.95 each. The total prize pool is valued at $369.85 AUD. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash or other goods or services. If for any reason whatsoever a winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. Personal Data The Promoter will only use personal information collected in connection with this competition to contact winners.
