Macquarie Credit Union Member Survey commences Wednesday 10 February 2021 and closes Monday 22 March 2021.

Terms and Conditions
This competition is open to Macquarie Credit Union Members above the age of 18
and only one entry per person is permitted. To claim a prize the entrant must
complete the Macquarie Credit Union Member Survey and have an open
Macquarie Credit Union account in the name of the winner. Macquarie Credit
Union’s Directors, management and employees are not permitted to participate in
the promotion.
The promotion commences 10/02/2021 and entries close 8.00am EST on
22/03/2021. Any contact details entered incorrectly or incomplete entries shall
render the entry invalid.
Entry can only be made by completing the Macquarie Credit Union Member Survey
online, via email or website link. New membership can be completed up until the
closing time of the draw.
The winner will be selected at random from the eligible survey entries submitted.
The winner will have $500 deposited into a Macquarie Credit Union account in
their name. No responsibility accepted for late, lost, misdirected or failed entries.
The draw will take place at 10.00am at 165 Brisbane Street, Dubbo NSW 2830 on
24/03/2021 The winner will be notified by email, telephone or mail no later than
31/03/2021. The name of the winner will be published on our website no later than
31/03/2021.
Unclaimed Prizes: Every reasonable effort will be taken to contact the prize winner.
If contact cannot be made with the winner, the prize will be held in trust for the
winner for up to 3 months. After this time it will be forfeited and another draw will
be held to determine a new winner.
Privacy Statement: the promoters collect entrant’s personal information in order to
conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant
may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, each entrant
agrees that the Promoters will use and disclose this information in promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes.
