Item 1: Promotion The promotion is to receive a family pass to

Item 4: Prize Pool Total Prize Pool of $149,950

1 Introduction
1.1 Participation in this Promotion and information regarding
 redemption of any prizes from the Prize Pool forms part of these
 terms and conditions.
1.2 By Entering this activity and collecting a family pass to Currumbin
 Wildlife Sanctuary Entrants warrant that they have read, understand
 and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2 Duration
2.1 This Promotion runs from Wednesday 17 March until Saturday 27
 March 2021 excluding SUNDAY.
3 Eligibility
3.1 Retailers, store owners, managers and their employees, and
 any other person with employment connections to or at The
 Pines Shopping Centre are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
3.2 Method of entry.
3.3 To enter, a person (Eligible Entrant) must:
 Complete transaction type detailed below, at The Pines Shopping
 Centre Elanora between 7:00am Wednesday 17 March until
 Saturday 27 March 2021 and 1.45 pm.
 (a) Spend $150.00 or more and obtain a receipt from any Pines
 Specialty Retail Store (Up to 3 receipts for the same day at up
 to three specialty stores may be used to reach $150).
 (b) The following stores are not included – Kmart, Coles, Aldi,
 Woolworths, Liquorland, BWS.
 (c) Receipts which include lottery tickets may not be used.
3.4 Only one entry per family/person per day.
3.5 Receipts may only be used once as proof of eligibility to enter.
3.6 Duplicated receipts will not be accepted The Promoter reserves
 the right to not accept entries that are illegible, forged, mutilated,
 copied or tampered with in any way. Eligible Entrants will be
 asked for their family name, Post Code and Suburb details, which
 will be recorded at the time of entry into the promotion.
3.7 Passes will be issued at the promotions cart placed in the centre
 during the promotional period between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm daily
 or unless the 100 passes are distributed whichever comes fi rst.
3.8 There will be the Daily Prize Pool available for collection each day.
3.9 One Family Day Pass per family per day.
4 Method of redemption
4.1 Customers must present the Family Pass voucher, obtained
 from The Pines Elanora during the promotion, at Currumbin Wildlife
 Sanctuary to redeem the Family entry as described below.
5 Family Day Passes
5.1 The total amount of Family Day Passes for this Promotion
 consists of the number of prizes noted in Item 4 in the schedule.
5.2 Currumbin Wildlife Passes are only valid for six months or until
 30 September 2021.
5.3 Currumbin Wildlife Passes are only valid during the six months
 when the Sanctuary is open for trade. Seasonal trading hours
 apply visit website for more details.
5.4 All values are in Australian dollars and are correct at the time of
 printing. The Promoter takes no responsibility for variations in
 the prize value.
5.5 The prize is not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
5.6 General Admission only, does not include TreeTop Challenge or
 paid experiences.
5.7 All days and times are subject to availability.
5.8 Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
5.9 Voucher not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.10 Children 4-14 years must be accompanied by an adult.
5.11 Lost vouchers will not be replaced.
