$250 Coles Myer Gift Card Competition - 2021 Member Forums

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are members of Energy Super. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Promotion commences on 10 March 2021 and closes at 2:00pm (AEST) on 10 May 2021.
To enter, eligible entrants must register to attend one of Energy Super’s 2021 Member Forums by completing the registration form, available here and agreeing to enter this competition. In addition, entrants must actually attend/be present at Forum for which they have registered.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
The draw will take place at Energy Super, Level 10, 123 Eagle Street Brisbane at approximately 9.00am (AEST) on 12 May 2021. The first valid entry drawn will win a Coles Myer Group Gift Voucher valued at $250 (the Prize) and will be announced shortly after the draw. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If the winner is not present at the draw the Promoter will notify them by email and/or telephone and arrange for the delivery of the prize. Where the Promoter is unable to contact the winner and the prize remains unclaimed after three business days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draw(s) until the prize is claimed.
Total Prize pool value is $250. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to:
(a)  disqualify any entrant; or
(b)  modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion as appropriate.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) where arising out of the following:
(a)  any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control) in relation to this Promotion;
(b)  any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference in relation to this Promotion;
(c)  any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(d)  any variation in the Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or
(e)  any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
(f)  use of the Prize.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and entry to this Competition is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, in accordance with the Fund’s Privacy Policy, use such information to contact you. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct their personal information to the Promoter.
