Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand who are over the age of 18 years old. Permanent and casual employees of the Promoter (and employees of Direct Group entities that are not TVSN Channel Pty Ltd) contractors, subcontractors, subsidiary agents of the Promoter, and members of such persons’ immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.

Entrants may enter once only and will be automatically entered on receipt of the form in accordance with clause 4.

This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The Promoter will judge entries on their individual merit and select a winner. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered with Entrants regarding its decision.
Notwithstanding clause 4, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible to enter the competition. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deem any incomplete or incomprehensive entries ineligible.
Entrants must not include any offensive or inappropriate material in their entries or any material that if used by the Promoter would infringe any third party intellectual property rights. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate such entries it deems offensive or inappropriate.
The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of winning entries for the purpose of future promotions. The right to use granted in this clause includes a right to modify, adapt and exploit the content of the winning entries for use in this competition or any other competition conducted by the Promoter, its related entities or commercial partners. To the extent moral rights exist in the content of winning entries, the right to use extends to a right to use the content in the winning entries without attribution of the author and a right to make any form of modification without first obtaining the consent of the author.
The competition opens at 8:30am AEST 22nd April 2021 and closes at 11:59pm AEST 04 May 2021. The winners will be announced on 10 May 2021 during the 8:30am Mother’s Day GMT show, contacted via email and announced on tvsn.com.au thereafter. The announcement will take place at the TVSN Marketing Office: 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086, Australia.
If a prize remains unclaimed 1 week after the announcement date, then the prize will be forfeited by the original Winner and the Promoter will select another winner on 17 May 2021.
There are 3 prizes/3 winners. Each prize is a $300 TVSN voucher. Values are in AUD and are correct at the time of printing.
The total prize pool for this competition is $900.00. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value or contents of the prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed.
Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this competition at any time.
The Promoter, their associated agents, and companies associated with this competition will take no responsibility for prizes or deliveries damaged, lost or otherwise delayed in transit.
Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the prize to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):
(a) a prize winner does not satisfy the competition entry requirements; or
(b) the Promoter cannot conduct the competition or award the prize for any reason beyond its control.
Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the competition or varies or withdraws the prize it shall not:
(a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and
(b) be required to conduct the competition at any other time.
Entrants enter the competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained or loss or damage to tangible property as a result of accepting and using the prize, any goods or services attained through accepting and using the prize or entering the competition.
Any attempt, deliberate or otherwise, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promoters, website(s), the information on the Promoter’s website, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should an Entrant attempt to damage their normal functioning of the Promoter’s website, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If the Promoter becomes aware after an Entrant has won the prize that the Entrant did not comply with these terms and conditions, that Entrant will have no entitlement to the prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as a Winner, and that Entrant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, or refund prize.
The Promoter reserves its right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to tampering with the entry process, engaging in any unlawful or other improper misconduct that is calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
