1. This Campaign is open only to current Australian residents.





2. By participating, You (the entrant), agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Mannys Musical Instruments and Pro Audio as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.





3. Entries will be accepted online starting 4/9/2021 and ending at 23:59 on 25/4/2020. Winners will be drawn on 27/4/2021.



 You may initially enter once. You will then be offered the opportunity to share the campaign via social networks or an email share link. If once you share, someone submits an entry via one of these (your) links, you will be granted another entry. The more people who enter via your share link(s), the more entries you will have (and a greater chance to win). Other opportunities to acquire extra entries will be offered once your initial entry has been submitted. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices or other methods, in an attempt to circumvent the rules. This will result in your submission(s) being disqualified.





5. A total of THREE winners will be selected, who will each receive a RockBoard prize pack. The Winners will be awarded the prize pack in the order they were drawn. Prize pack 1 is worth $800 RRP. Prize pack 2 is worth $550 RRP. Prize pack 3 is worth $215 RRP. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Mannys Musical Instruments and Pro Audio to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.




6. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.





7. The Winners will be selected under the supervision of Mannys Musical Instruments and Pro Audio. The Winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries. The Winners will be notified by email within 1 week following the selection of the Winners. The Winners will be notified via the email associated with their entry and announced on the Mannys Facebook page (first name and initial). Mannys Musical Instruments and Pro Audio shall have no liability for the Winners' failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If you provide a phone number with your entry, that will be used as a secondary form of contact. The phone number will not be used for other purposes. If a winner cannot be contacted, are deemed ineligible or fail to claim the prize within 30 days of the winning notification (email) being sent the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Mannys Musical Instruments and Pro Audio will mail the prize to the Winners, via an address that they specify.





8. By entering this contest You understand and agree that Mannys Musical Instruments and Pro Audio shall have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media your entry, name, and other media associated with this contest. By entering you are consenting to receive the Mannys newsletter and other marketing materials from Mannys Musical Instruments and Pro Audio.



9. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Mannys Musical Instruments and Pro Audio website.





10. This contest is in no way sponsored or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or other social media platforms. The information you provide will only be used for this contest’s purposes. By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media and email platforms and clients from any claims.
