We're not sure about you guys, but after last year we're pretty keen for a getaway...
And here at K rock we think Victoria has some of the best holiday destinations in the world, so we've teamed up with our local mates at Geelong Bank to give you the chance to explore and WIN of 1 of 4 weekly Victorian Holiday Escapes!

During the lockdown we took the time to tidy up the studio a bit, however we never got around to sorting through the junk draw.
You know what we're talking about, that one draw that everyone has that just ends up full of odd bits and pieces like old phone chargers, foreign coins, random hair clips, loose screws, birthday candles...
... And keys!

If you're one of the lucky listeners who gets through to the studio on 52 232 955 we'll brave the junk draw just for you!

We'll rustle around and if we manage to find one of those pesky keys for you, you'll INSTANTLY go In The Draw to WIN one of four Victorian Holiday Escapes!

Then every Friday afternoon we'll pick out one lucky key holder at random who will unlock themselves a Great Escape all thanks to Geelong Bank!




K rock’s Great Escape- Terms & Conditions 2021
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of the Greater Geelong, Werribee, Bellarine and Surf Coast and Greater
Melbourne regions only, and entry is deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of Conditions of
Entry.
3. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) and employees of Geelong Bank and their immediate families
and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
4. The Promotion commences at 6am AEDT on Monday 3
rd May 2021 and closes at 6pm AEDT Friday 28
th
May 2021 (‘Promotion Period’)
Major Prizes:
- One of 4 x $1,000 Cash
Prize Terms:
- Prize cannot be transferred to other persons
- Prize cannot be substituted for alternate prize
- Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or sold for cash
The Competition:
1. During the Promotion Period listeners can enter by listening out for the cue to call on K rock
95.5.
2. The first listener through to the studio on 52 232 955 will have an item selected at random for
them from the junk draw on air by the announcers.
3. If the randomly selected item is a key the listener is INSTANTLY In The Draw to WIN.
4. Once a listener is In The Draw they are prohibited from entering the competition again.
5. The winner of the “Major Prize” will be drawn on Friday 28
th May at approx. 4.20pm AEDT.
6. The winner with then be announced on air at approx. 5.00pm.
General Terms & Conditions
5. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
6. All registrations must be over the age of 18 years old.
7. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
8. No alternative prizes will be offered.
9. All information collected will be kept for administrative purposes only.
12. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to request winners provide proof of identity
and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for
verification is at the discretion of the promoter.

13. The use of false name, address or date of birth i.e. name by which the entrant is not usually known
will disqualify them from receiving the prize.
14. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of
their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim,
injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the
Promotion, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the
negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
15. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to refuse the allocation of a minor or major
prize should an individual prize winner have won any prizes more than once within the following
periods:
a) A person who within the 30 days prior to the day on which the Geelong Broadcasters
Competition was first announced (Mon 3
rd May 2021) has won a prize in a Grant Broadcasters
Competition conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal to $50;
b) A person who within the 90 days prior to the day on which the Geelong Broadcasters
Competition was first announced has won a prize in a Geelong Broadcasters Competition
conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal to $500;
c) A person who within the 12 months prior to the day on which Geelong Broadcasters
Competition was first announced has won a prize in a Geelong Broadcasters Competition
conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal to $1,000;
d) These people will be notified should the attempt to enter the competition.
16. If an individual prize winner has won more than once in the above periods it is classed as a breach of
the rules and the prize will not be awarded.
17. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) has the right to ban competition winners from entering other
K Rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) competitions that they deem have broken the rules of the general
prize giveaways for a period of 12 months or longer. The winner will be advised of this in writing after
the entrant has been disqualified.
18. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to revoke a prize if deemed necessary.
19. Notwithstanding any other condition of these specific competition rules, K rock (Geelong
Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time and for any reason
whatsoever.
20. Acceptance of the prize is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions here within and K Rock
