Our Fathers day competition is coming and we have a major prize that you can win thanks to the amazing team at Sunbury Ford. Valued at around $700 - you can have a ford mustang to drive for a weekend!!  (Bookings are essential and subject to availability.
 The Driver must be over 25 years old.)  There is also a hamper with some fabulous items from sunbury businesses that is also up for winning!
We will be showcasing some great fathers day gift ideas from local businesses.   To enter the competition we would ask you to like the posts you see later on this week featuring gifts you can buy locally and 'tag' someone who might want to shop or win!
You dont need to purchase anything to enter, but we would encourage you tohave a look at the great local options and see if something stands out. Not only is fathers day only 2.5 weeks away but christmas is coming too - its perfect timing to start getting organised.



Father’s Day Competition Terms and Conditions
The promoter is: Sunbury Business Association (herein referred as ‘SBA’) whose registered office is at 43 Gap Road, Sunbury VIC 3429.
The competition is open to residents of Victoria, Australia, aged 18 years or over except Father’s Day committee members, businesses providing prizes and anyone judging the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry is via the Support Sunbury Facebook page on any one of the Father’s Day post. To be eligible the entrant must Tag anyone you know on Facebook who will be celebrating Father’s Day.
Only one entry will be accepted per person per post. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be close of business on 2nd September 2021. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Winners must be able to nominate a fully licensed recipient over the age of 25 years (who must provide 2 forms of ID at pickup) upon the drawing on 3rd September 2021. Booking is essential & subject to availability.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
a) ‘LIKE’ the post that you see.
b) ‘TAG’ a person you think needs some great gift ideas for Father’s Day.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prizes are as follows:
Weekend Drive in a Ford Mustang through the Sunbury Ford dealership.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen:
At random by draw, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
The winners will be officially announced on the 3rd September 2021 via the Support Sunbury website and will be notified by DM on Facebook. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australian.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Sunbury Business Association and not to any other party. SBA will judge the competition and decide on the winner each week, which will be picked at random from all complete entries via Facebook.
SBA‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
The entrant must be following @SupportSunbury on Facebook in order to enter.
SBA shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
SBA also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
