The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions:
Prize: 4 x James Butler Gentleman’s Barber Classic Package valued at $43 ( Includes
a Shampoo, Scalp Massage and Style Cut )
Centre: City Arcade & City Lane Precinct
Promoter: Landel Pty Ltd ACN 010 889 193 as Trustee
Competition: The Competition titled Father’s Day Giveaway, as contemplated in these
Terms and Conditions.
Start Date: 8pm Thursday 26 August 2021
End Date: 8pm Sunday 5 September 2021
Eligible Entrant: A person who is eligible to enter the Competition who meets the following
criteria:
• Must reside in Australia;
• The person complies with these Terms and Conditions; and
• The person is not otherwise ineligible to enter the Competition for any of
the following reasons:
o The person is an employee of the Promoter or immediate
family member of an employee of the Promoter or
o The person is a retailer or employee of a retailer at the Centre
or an immediate family member of a retailer or employee of a
retailer.
Entry Procedure: An Eligible Entrant may enter the Competition once only by visiting the Centre’s
Facebook Page facebook.com/citylane/ or Instagram Page
instagram.com/citylanearcadetsv/ and entering a comment on the competition
posts stating their best ‘dad joke’, during the period between the Start Date and
the End Date
Eligible Entry An entry into the Competition made by an Eligible Entrant in accordance with
the Entry Procedure, and which is not an Ineligible Entry.
Ineligible Entry An entry into the Competition may be deemed by the Promoter as ineligible to
participate in the Competition if the entry has not been submitted in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions.
Competition
Determination
Procedure:
The Promoter will determine the Winner of the Competition by Monday 6
September 2021 by random prize draw. The Promoter will notify the Winner by
Facebook message on or before Wednesday 8 September 2021.

Claiming
Requirements:
In order for a Winner to claim a Prize, the Winner must collect the prize from
James Butler Gentleman’s Barber.
Winner: The Eligible Entrant whose entry is determined as winning the relevant Prize in
the manner contemplated in these Terms and Conditions, subject to that
Winner’s compliance with the Terms and Conditions and claiming the Prize in
the manner specified.

The terms and conditions applicable to the Competition, as set out in this
document
