WIN lunch for you and your colleagues!

As part of our Plaza Cares program, we want to shout you lunch to let you know we appreciate you and your business, and to thank you for your on-going support of our local businesses.

How? We’re going to make your Friday lunches a whole lot tastier! We’re rewarding 8 lucky winners this month with a $50 voucher to spend at their chosen Plaza food retailer, PLUS we’ll reward the winner’s nominated workplace with a FREE lunch from our participating retailers* delivered right to their door!

To enter:
Tag your nominated business HERE, telling us why you and your nominated workplace deserve a free lunch. You can nominate your own workplace, or another workplace in Cairns.

2 winners will be drawn each Wednesday from 2nd to 23 Feb, 2022, with winners notified below their comment. 8 winners will receive 1 x $50 voucher they can use at their chosen Plaza eatery, while their nominated workplace will receive a huge FREE lunch delivery from a selected Plaza eatery on Friday.

*Participating Plaza food retailers include: Jackley’s Bakehouse, Sushi Train, Unique Cafe & Restaurant, Donut King, The Coffee Club Australia, Flaming Wok, Reveille Coffee, Subway and Shouki Sushi.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Plaza Eats Workplace Lunch
Registration or participation in this competition is deemed the entrants acceptance of these Terms &
Conditions of Entry. Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is a condition of entry into this competition.
PRIZES
We’ve teamed up with our favourite eateries here at the Plaza to give 8 lucky winners a chance to treat their
colleagues and workplace to lunch.
8 x Catered and Delivered Lunches to local workplaces valued at approximately $200 each
DURATION
The Mount Sheridan Plaza Workplace Lunch promotion will commence 9:00am January 31 2022 and conclude
Friday February 25 2022 at 1:00pm. Last winner drawn at 12noon Wednesday February 23 2022.
ELIGIBILITY
1. The promoter is: Mount Sheridan Plaza. ABN 68266146096 whose registered office is at 106 Barnard Drive
Mt Sheridan 4868 Queensland, Australia.
2. Employees and affiliates of Mount Sheridan Plaza shall not be permitted to enter the competition, except at
the discretion of the promoter. Entry is open to residents of Cairns including (Cardwell to Palm Cove &
Tablelands) who are 16 years or older.
3. To enter: Tag a local business on the Competition post on Facebook or let us know why you, your workplace
and colleagues deserve Lunch on Us!
4. You may enter as many times as you would like but not the same respective business. It could be your
workplace or one you think is deserving of the prize. Different people however may tag the same business as
the original poster.
5. There are eight (8) prizes to be won for the duration of the competition. The draws will take place at
12noon, and 2 winners will be drawn on Wednesday February 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd 2022. All winners will be
selected from all eligible entries on the Facebook Competition.
6. Participating Retailers: Shouki Sushi, Sushi Train, The Coffee Club, Unique Cafe, Subway, Flaming Wok,
Donut King, Reveille Coffee and Jackley's Bakehouse.
7. Lunch will be catered by one of our eateries and delivered via courier to the 2 winners workplaces each
Friday in February 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th 2022 by 1:00pm.
8. The winners will be notified on Facebook on the competition post on Wednesday February 2,9,16 and 23.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions
without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or
anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party
connected with this competition.
11. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to
availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving
notice.
12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
16. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter
or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Mount Sheridan Plaza and not to any other
party.
18. Promoter takes no responsibility for any dissatisfaction with any product or redemption, any complaint &
resolution is to be done with the retailer who provided the product.
19. The promoter takes no responsibility for persons with food allergies - it is the responsibility of winner to
check with individual employees and with the provider prior to consuming the product.
20. Estimated times for deliveries are provided by the Restaurants and are only estimates. Neither we nor the
Restaurants guarantee that Orders will be delivered within the estimated times.

There is no purchase necessary to enter this competition but you must enter the competition on Facebook.
The winners (8) will be notified on Tuesday March 2, 2022 via Facebook.
You may only enter the competition once.
The prize is 8 x $50 food vouchers and the winners (2) will select their nominated retailer from participating
Retailers, Sushi Train, Shouki Sushi, The Coffee Club, Unique Cafe & Restaurant, Flaming Wok, Donut King,
Reveille Coffee and Jackley's Bakehouse.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without
