Popular Malaysian diner Papparich has more than 30 outposts in Australia. Its newest is in Wynyard, where it’s opened alongside popular Asian eateries Nene Chicken, Kurimu and Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart in a new Asian food hub. And to celebrate the new launch, Papparich is serving a traditional Malaysian breakfast every Tuesday of April – for free. Each week, the new location is dishing up nasi lemak bungkus, a savoury brekkie of coconut milk wrapped in rice, fried peanuts, fried anchovies, a hard-boiled egg, cucumbers and spicy sambal. The first 100 customers to visit the store from 8am will receive the breakfast for free, while the next 50 customers get free tea or coffee with their order. The offer is available every Tuesday morning from 8am to 11am, or until sold out. |
