By entering this wedding ceremony competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions stated here.

To enter the competition, the entrants must ensure the following requirements are met:

Be over the age of 18
Live in Australia
The application must be completed in full
The winning couple must be legally able to marry in Winter in the Whitsundays. The date set for the wedding is Wednesday 22nd June 2022, however this date may be altered to a date co-ordinated by the Wedding Planner of Divine Weddings Whitsundays, for an alternative Wednesday or Thursday in Winter, based on availability.
Accept the prizes as provided by the sponsors in accordance with their respective terms and conditions or purchase additional products and services at your discretion
For the purposes of this promotion the ‘entrants’ refers to the intended couple.

We accept no responsibility for missing, unsuccessful or misspelled applications.

By entering the competition you are posting on social media and therefore making your content available to  the general public. As such our promotional sponsors may use your public details for marketing purposes.

You may only enter the competition once.

To enter you provide us with 25 words why you would like to be married in the Whitsundays.

Applications must be submitted by midnight on 2nd May 2022.

The winner will be advised by email on 4th May 2022 and publicised on social media shortly after.

The winners acknowledge that the promoters support the competition and that, except as stated above, the promoters accept no responsibility whether directly or indirectly for any other claims whatsoever arising in respect of the prizes provided by the sponsors.

Winners agree to address any claims in respect of any prize direct with the relevant prize sponsor.

There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes stated and a prize is not transferable however prizes may be substituted for a suitable alternative at the sponsor’s discretion. The winners may add on additional services at their own cost.

In consideration of winning the competition, the winners agree to the use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by the promoters in various channels including, but not limited to, social media, website, and printed collateral.

The winners agree to attend all interviews and photo shoots with each sponsor to discuss their respective prizes as is necessary for press coverage.

All entrants agree to have their details provided to all of the prize Sponsors for marketing purposes.

The Promoters reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition in any manner whatsoever if, at their sole discretion, should they decide the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. In the event that the competition will be amended or cancelled, all entrants will be notified.

The (“Wedding Date”) of 22nd June 2022 is transferrable, to another date prior to 1st September 2022 at the discretion and availability of all Prize Sponsors.

All other required wedding services including, but not limited to, wedding dresses, suits, jewellery, accommodation and wedding reception are solely at the cost of the winning couples.

Should the client wish to upgrade to a wedding ceremony with more than 30 guests or require a reception venue / reception planning they can upgrade to the relevant planner services.

 
Tropix Photography
1 hour of photography, covering the wedding ceremony, group/family photos and a quick wedding party shoot.

Includes: Booking meeting, pre-wedding consultation, previews posted to Facebook and Instagram within 24 hours;  a web gallery of your images for proofing within 4 weeks of the wedding, where you can choose your favourite 50 photos and can then download and will be printed as 6×4 lustre photos, and provided on USB as high-resolution digital files.

Our Bridal Makeup Service duration is one hour. Your look includes Lashes individual or strip to make it all come together.

We can come to your accommodation for a relaxed vibe or visit us in the salon were it can be exclusively yours for you & your bridal party.

When in our boutique salon by the Marina you will be greeted with bubbles or maybe a coffee, your choice. Enjoy being pampered before your Ceremony at Apricate&Wild.

Style au Natur Elle (Hair):
Bridal Hair  with the choice of having the hair styled up or down.

Consultation by email. Bridal Hair takes one hour, we come to you in the comfort of your accommodation
