Do you know someone who would like to do gymnastics?

We want as many people as possible to discover the joy of gymnastics and are offering existing Casey Gymnastics members the opportunity to win a term of gymnastics free when they refer someone to gymnastics and they join as a member.

Simply ask your friend if they want to join gymnastics and have them contact us either in person at the Centres or by phone and we will do the rest. Alternatively, give us the name and phone number of someone you have talked to and is interested and we will call them.

YMCA ‘BRING A FRIEND’ - TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Terms)

1. OFFER AND ELIGIBILITY
(1) This ‘Bring a Friend’ promotion (Promotion) is offered by Victorian YMCA Community Programming Pty Ltd (ABN 75 092 818 445) of 502/990 Whitehorse Rd, Box Hill VIC 3128 (YMCA).
a. To be eligible for the chance to win a term membership:
i. you must be a current Casey Gymnastics member at your nominated participating centre
ii. you must refer someone who becomes a paying Casey Gymnastics member at that nominated participating centre
(2) The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other offers, unless approved in writing by YMCA.
(3) By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

(4) The Promotion is available at Berwick Leisure Centre, Casey Stadium, and Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre (Participating Centres) between the dates of 7 February 2022 and 8 April 2022. (Promotion Period). Each centre may have a varying Promotion Period within this timeframe.
2. TERMS
(1) If you meet the criteria set out in clauses 1(a), you will be entered in the draw for each person you refer during the Promotional Period, to win one (1) term of Casey Gymnastics membership valued at a maximum of $165.

(2) There will be one (1) term of Casey Gymnastics to be won per Participating Centre.

(3) The term will be Term Two (2) of the Casey Gymnastics Activity calendar, 2022.
(4) All other applicable fees and charges in respect of the membership will be payable in accordance with the applicable membership terms. Your membership will otherwise be governed by such membership terms.
(5) The Promotion is only available at Participating Centres.
3. PRIVACY
YMCA handles all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy at YMCA Victoria.
4. MISCELLANEOUS
(1) YMCA reserves the right to amend, cease and / or revoke the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period in its sole discretion and without notice.
(2) To the extent permitted by law, YMCA will not be liable to any person for any cost, loss, damage, liability, expense or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the Promotion.
(3) Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms, will be resolved by YMCA management in a manner it deems to be fair (acting reasonably).
(4) These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

(5) Members and Participants will be bound by their terms of membership with YMCA. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of membership and these Terms, these Terms will take priority.
