SPEND TO WIN COMPETITION
WIN A FRIDGE FULL OF FRESH FOOD
1. The promotion is organised by Belmont Forum Shopping Centre of 227 Belmont
Avenue, Cloverdale, Western Australia 6105.
2. Information on how to take part and prize allocation form part of these terms and
conditions.
3. The competition commences at 8am on Monday, 28th March 2022 and
concludes at 11.59pm WST Monday, 18th April 2022
4. The prize draw will take place on Tuesday, 19th April 2022 and the winners will be
contacted by phone and/or email as provided on their entry.
5. To enter, customers must spend $50 or more at any store scan the QR code
provided in centre, complete their details and upload a photo of their receipt.
Entries via other correspondences will not be accepted.
6. Entrants can enter multiple times as long as minimum spend requirement has
been met in a separate transaction for each entry.
7. If all details on the entry form are not completed, the entry may be considered
as incomplete. Proof of purchase can be requested to verify the entry.
8. The prize pool total value is $3,000. (1 x $2,500 JB Hi-Fi Home (Belmont Forum
store) store credit and 1 x $500 Belmont Forum Fresh Food Gift Card)
The prize can only be taken as supplied and cannot be exchanged or
modified, or transferred to another person.
9. One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from the entries received.
10. Any additional costs such as but not limited to delivery, extended care
warranty is the winner’s responsibility.
11. The prize must be collected in person from Belmont Forum Shopping Centre
and photo ID must be presented to claim the prize.
12. If the promoter is unable to contact establish contact with a winner by 26th April
2022, then the winner forfeits the prize and a redraw will take place.
13. Belmont Forum Shopping Centre holds the right to re-schedule the competition
if due to unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to government
restrictions.

14. Photos the prize winners may be used on Belmont Forum digital channels
including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Belmont Forum website.
Photos remain the property of Belmont Forum Shopping Centre Pty Ltd.
15. The winning individual must adhere to these terms and conditions.
16. Participation is open to individuals over the age of 16 or under the supervision
and with consent of an adult.
17. Prior to redeeming, it is assumed that all entrants have read and understood
these terms and conditions.
18. Employees of JLL, Perron Investments, retailers and contractors from Belmont
Forum and their immediate families as well as the agencies associated with this
promotion are ineligible for entry.
19. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
20. Eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions of entry and any decisions made
by Centre Management will be final. No other correspondence will be entered
into.
21. Belmont Forum, JLL and Perron Investments shall not be liable for any loss or
damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of
taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
22. All entries become the property of Belmont Forum Shopping Centre. Belmont
Forum Shopping Centre may use the name, address and other personal
information provided by the entrant. Details will not be provided to a third party.
23. In making the entry, you agree to your contact details being used for marketing
purposes by submitting your entry. When you do so, your details are entered into
our database(s) and are used to contact you about event, activities, and
promotions and to direct market to you. These details may also be used in
accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found by contact Centre
Management Office.
18. The Centre Manager’s (or a representative) decision will be final, and no
discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
