We’re giving you the chance to win tickets to these internationally-acclaimed events. You can either select to enter one of the prize draws, or you may prefer to enter all four individual prize draws. You can enter once per day, but you can only win one individual prize. See below to enter.

The Picasso Century

Be guided through the world-premiere exhibition 'The Picasso Century' by an NGV curator before enjoying NGV Friday Nights.

Prize includes:

To be eligible to enter the competition you must reside in Victoria and be over 18 years of age.

By entering the Melbourne Airport “Melbourne’s Best Winter Events” competition (competition), you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.  Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
This competition is being run by Australia Pacific Airports (Melbourne) Pty Ltd ABN 62 076 999 114 of APAM Management Office, Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport, Tullamarine, Victoria 3043 (Promoter).

WHO CAN ENTER?
To be eligible to enter the competition you must:
reside in Victoria; and
be over 18 years of age

Employees, directors or officers of the Promoter, any companies or agencies associated with this competition, or their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER
The competition period commences at 9am AEST on 27 June and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 17 July (competition period), and the Promoter reserves the right to extend the competition end date at any time (subject to regulatory approval).
To enter the competition, you must complete an online entry via melbourneairport.com.au/winterevents during the competition period.
To submit a valid entry, entrants are required to complete their full name, email address, phone number, Australian residential postcode and date of birth into the prize draw.
Entrants have the option of either entering the competition to win one of the prizes only or entering the competition to win one of the 3 prizes on offer. For the avoidance of doubt, a winning entrant can only win one of the listed prizes (ie. there is no entitlement to the entire prize package)
No late entries will be accepted.  Incomplete or incoherent entries will be invalid.
A limit of one entry to the competition per person applies per day.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, employer, residency status/location and transaction value) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process.  In the event a winning entrant cannot provide proof of eligibility to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

PRIZE
There are 4 individual prizes on offer. The value of each prize is fixed as at the publishing date of these terms and conditions.

Prize 1:
Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella: A VIP experience for two people including 2 x Premium tickets to the musical, a signed program by some of the cast, overnight accommodation and breakfast at The Westin Melbourne and a Cinderella merchandise pack on Thursday 21st of July (valued at $1050)

The Westin Hotel T&C’s:
One-night accommodation for two people in a Westin Standard room including one High Tea on Thursday, 21 July (valued at $700) (together the ‘prize package’).

Prize 2:
ACMI - Light: Works from Tate’s Collection: Double pass to the exhibition, Dinner at Hero, ACMI double pass Cinema voucher, ACMI merch pack from the ACMI shop, ACMI membership for two, valid until exhibition end 13 November 2022 (valued at $582)

Prize 3:
Museums Victoria - Triceratops: A family pass ticket to Triceratops: Fate of the Dinosaurs (and the digital immersive exhibition), a voucher to use at the café or Mercury dining at Melbourne Museum, a tour of the exhibition with one of the paleo staff and a voucher to the MV store (valued at $450)

Prize 4
National Gallery of Victoria - Melbourne Winter Masterpieces® The Picasso Century:
Prize includes a ‘money can’t buy’ VIP tour for two guests, two copies of the exhibition publication and two NGV Friday nights tickets. Prize must be redeemed before 7 October 2022 (final Friday Nights event).
The double pass will admit up to 2 adults to attend a private curatorial tour for Melbourne Winter Masterpieces® The Picasso Century at the National Gallery of Victoria.
The double pass includes entry to NGV Friday Nights
Tickets are not redeemable for cash and not transferrable
If tours are cancelled due to government restrictions and or due to COVID-19, there will be no substitute tickets awarded

The prize/s does not include any costs associated with redeeming the prize such as travel, meals, accommodation, spending money or taxes.
The prize/s will not be transferable to another person.
No part of a prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
If a prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the winner agrees in writing and subject to any approvals from regulatory authorities.  If the winner does not agree despite reasonable attempts by the Promoter to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute the prize with another item or items determined by the Promoter to be of equal or higher value.
Each individual prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the prize suppliers or affiliates, including the Museums Victoria, ACMI, NGV and ACMN representing Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella. (Affiliates and Partners).

SELECTION OF WINNER
The winner will be chosen by random draw which will take place at 10am AEST on 18 July at Melbourne Airport Management, Level 2, Terminal 4, Tullamarine, VIC 3045
The first valid entry drawn will win Prize 1 as described above.
The second valid entry drawn will win Prize 2 as described above.
The third valid entry drawn will win Prize 4 as described above.
The fourth valid entry drawn will win the Prize 4 as described above.
The winner/s will be personally notified via a phone call ad in writing by way if email to the email address provided in their entry.
The results of the draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.  This is a game of chance.
The Promoter must distribute the prize/s to the winner/s within 28 days of the draw.

SECOND CHANCE DRAW
If a winner does not respond within 7 of being notified that they have won the competition, that winner is not readily identified and reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter to identify the winner were unsuccessful, they will automatically forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner through a second chance draw.
If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 25 July at the same time and place as the first draw.  The first valid entry drawn will win any unclaimed prize.
The winner/s will be personally notified via a phone call ad in writing by way if email to the email address provided in their entry.
The results of any second chance draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.
The Promoter must distribute the prize/s to the winner/s within 28 days of the draw.


PROMOTION AND MARKETING

By entering the competition, the winner/s agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material, all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed, filmed for broadcast and photographed, as the Promoter may require without remuneration. The winner/s agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use any such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner/s (and their companion) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Each winner also consents to the use and publication of their name, image and any other details provided by the winner in any marketing material without any further reference or payment to the winner.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for any materials they submit via the competition including but not limited to comments, recording and images (Content).  The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law.  The Promoter may remove or decline to publish any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever.  Entrants warrant and agree that:
they will not submit any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent;
their Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity;
they will obtain prior consent from any person or from the owner(s) of any property that appears in their Content;
the Content is the original artistic and/or literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party; and
they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.
Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for breach of the above intellectual property terms.
As a condition of entering this competition, entrants hereby assign to the Promoter, all right, title and interest in and to all intellectual property rights (including copyright but excluding moral rights) in any material created pursuant to the entrant’s participation in any aspect of the Promotion (Works).  Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter is free to use the Works and to exercise its rights in relation thereto and the entrant will not be entitled to any fee for such use.  Such use may include social media channels or publications.  Entrants agree they may not be attributed as the author of the Works and that the Promoter may undertake any act or omission in relation to the Works.
The Promoter may wish for a competition winner/s to participate in promotional activity after the competition has ended.  In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to a winner/s, the winner/s permit the winner’s/winners’ image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner’s/winners’ participation in the prize to appear in any media whatsoever throughout the world for an unlimited period and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.


STANDARD TERMS

The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition and its terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, subject to regulatory approval, and will notify entrants of any such amendments as soon as reasonably practicable on the competition landing page at melbourneairport.com.au/winterevents.  It is the entrant's responsibility to regularly check the competition landing page for any amendments.
In the case of an intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism and pandemics, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions at a time suitable to the Promoter, subject to any written direction given under State Regulation.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports limit, exclude or modify the Promoter's liability in relation to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Non-Excludable Guarantees Liability).
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees Liability, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition including:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
(e) any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or
(f) use of the prize.
To the extent permitted by law including the Australian Consumer Law, if the competition is not capable of running as planned including by reason of technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may cancel or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries, subject to regulatory approval

The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, collect personal information through the competition and use and disclose the information to conduct the promotion and for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages to the entrant and any other purpose set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. Personal information collected through the competition includes first name, last name, contact phone number, email address, postcode and date of birth. The Promoter may disclose personal information to subsidiary and related companies, third parties or regulatory bodies, including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers for the purposes set out in this clause.
 By participating in this competition, entrants release and hold harmless Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability associated with this competition. The Promoter and entrants acknowledge that this competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram.
The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings, including fringe benefits tax.  Independent financial advice should be sought.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this competition.  Any entrant disqualified under this clause is prohibited from any further participation in the competition.  The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
The laws of Victoria apply to this competition.  Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of Victoria.

Additional Terms

ACMI - Light: Works from Tate’s Collection:
Winners will be contacted by ACMI within 48 hours of being drawn. ACMI Cinema voucher can be exchanged for 2 x tickets and must be redeemed in person at the ticket desk from 90 minutes prior to the session start time. ACMI Cinema voucher is valid for any ACMI-curated cinema session. Not valid for special events, film festivals or external/partner programs.

Museums Victoria- Triceratops:

1. The Promotion

These instructions on how to enter and to win the Prize form part of these terms and conditions (T&Cs).
Participation in this Melbourne Museum and Melbourne Airport Campaign (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs.
In relation to this Promotion, the promoter is Museums Victoria (ABN 63 640 679 155) (Promoter or Museums Victoria)
2. The Prize

In these terms and conditions, "Prize” refers collectively to any of the prizes described in this clause 2.
The Prize is made up of 1 (one) prize worth a total combined RRP of $450, A family pass to Triceratops: Fate of the Dinosaurs, valued at $30, a $100 voucher to use at the café or Mercury dining at the Melbourne Museum, a tour of the exhibition with one of our paleo staff $220, voucher to MV store – valued at $100, total RPP Prize $450
3. Eligible Entrant

Entry in the Promotion is open to any natural person residing in Victoria, Australia who is aged 18 years and  during the promotional period.
A parent or guardian may enter on behalf of a child so long as they are eligible in accordance with above clause 3 a. and comply with clause 4.
Employees (or their immediate families) of the Promoter, and their associated companies or related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
Redemption of the Prize
The winner must redeem their Prize at Melbourne Museum within one month of the announcement date on a weekday stipulated by Museums Victoria, the café/mercury food voucher must be redeemed in one transaction on the same date as the tour, the gift voucher may be used multiple times.
i. confirm to the Promoter that they will claim the Prize; and
ii. provide the relevant confirmation email from the Promoter and confirmation of their identity as requested by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of the person to confirm they are the Winner.
If the Prize has not been claimed within the requisite time set out at clause 7 a. above, then the Promoter may offer the Prize to another Eligible Entrant drawn from the entries at random, repeating the process described at clause 6 a. This process will continue until the Promoter declares the Prize to be claimed.
In any event, the Winner will not be required to incur a cost to accept the Prize and the Prize will be transferred to the Winner.
4. Privacy

By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Promotion, to conduct surveys, market research and analysis and as otherwise permitted or required by law, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. Entrants may gain access to their personal information collected by the Promoter by contacting Museums Victoria Bookings office at mvbookings@museum.vic.gov.au.
If an individual does not wish to provide their personal information and subscribe to Museums Victoria Newsletters, they will not be eligible to enter or otherwise participate in the Promotion.
5. General

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries at its sole, reasonable discretion.
Decisions of the Promoter regarding the winning of Prizes are final and binding.
The Prize or part of the Prize may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.
In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original Prize.
The Promoter, in accordance with its obligations at law, will retain records relating to the Promotion for a period of 3 (three) years after the finalisation of the Promotion.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and all individuals including Eligible Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.

Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella:

Date of prize subject to Producer discretion and change. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or any other alternate prize or date.  The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.   No credit will be given for any unused portion of the prize.  The prize cannot be used on public holidays or during peak periods i.e. weekends. The date in which the prize is redeemed is at the producers discretion. Prize can only be redeemed on the date of the reservation and no part of the prize will be renewed, replaced or exchanged if the prize winner or their guest is unable to attend on date of reservation. The show is subject to availability, change or cancellation and subject to all COVID-19 guidelines.

National Gallery of Victoria: Melbourne Winter Masterpieces® The Picasso Century T&Cs:
