Entrants must have a valid Australian driver’s license
Competition Period (Clause 6) Commences: 6AM Friday 8 June 2022 AEDT

Entry Method (Clause 7) To enter, entrants must:

Selection of Winner
(Clause 9)
The judgement of the skill of the entry will be at Heaps Normal on or before
Sunday 14 August 2022 by Heaps Normal. The shortlisted winners will be
selected by Heaps Normal based on their entry text. These winners will be
announced no later than Sunday 14 August 2022 and will be notified via email
or Instagram. These shortlisted winners will then be entered into a public voting
review to determine the final winner by Friday, 19th of August 2022.
The final winner will be the winner with the most public votes.
Shortlisted winners will be determined based on the following judging criteria:
● Originality
● Creativity
● Hilarity
Prize (Clause 10) The one major prize winner will win:
Prizes:
- 1995 Sea-Doo SPX1000 custom JETSKI (used). value at $1,673 (incl. GST);
and
- $3,327 (AUD) in cash.
TOTAL PRIZE VALUE: $5,000
Prize Restrictions (Clauses 11) See Clause 11. Entrants give Heaps Normal permission to share and
redistribute original material submitted by entrants.
Winner Notification (Clause 16) The announcement will be made no later than Thursday 4th of August 2022 at
6pm AEDT. Winner will be contacted by phone initially, and then followed up
with email communication & Instagram Direct Message within 24 hours
Rights in Your Entry

Additional Terms Applicable to this
Competition
Heaps Normal will organise/pay for the delivery/transfer and service of the Prize
to the winner. Heaps Normal will pay for the stamp duty. The winner will be
responsible for paying for any insurance and registration if they wish to register
the jetski.
The winner acknowledges and agrees that Heaps Normal will not be liable for
the maintenance and upkeep of the jetski or any additional costs in relation to
the jetski. The Prize is non-transferrable
