FIGTREE GROVE “COLOURING IN COMPETITION” PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. The promoter is Retpro Management Pty Ltd (ABN 64 155 736 771) HANOVER HOUSE, Level 4, Southbank, Melbourne VIC 3006 AUSTRALIA telephone 03 9693 7400 (“Promoter”).

 

3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 12 years or younger. And is broken into two categories 0-5 years of age and 6 – 12 years of age only.

 

4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Figtree Grove, tenants and their employees of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

 

5. This promotion will be conducted at the Figtree Grove Shopping Centre in Figtree, NSW (“Centre”).

 

6. Promotion commences on 4 July 2022 and ends at 17:00 on 15 July 2022. The promotion period is valid during centre trading hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm ( Monday to Friday) and 10am – 4pm (Saturday and Sunday ). The offer of 1 free regular soft serve from Wendy’s Milk Bar is limited to 1 soft serve per person ( entry ) . Wendy’s Milk Bar hours may vary. If the total amount of prizes (800) is exhausted before the end of the promotion period ( 15 July 2022 ) the promoter reserves the right to end the promotion in line with the date prizes have been exhausted. The winners of each age category ( 0 -5 years of age and 6- 12 years of age) of the colouring in competition will be assessed on Monday 18th July and the winners will be contacted via the details provided on the form.

 

7. To enter the colouring in competition, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

a) Drop your completed colouring in entry form at the concierge desk during the trading hours above  

b) Once Concierge ensure your details are correct you will receive 1 x Regular soft serve voucher for Wendy’s Milk Bar. You are only allowed 1 entry per child and 1 Wendy’s Milk Bar voucher per child.

c) You must use your Wendy’s Milk Bar regular Soft Serve Voucher before the 23rd July 2022, any vouchers attempted to be used after this date will be invalid.

 

8. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. And a new winner will be selected. Winners of the 2 $200 Figtree Grove Gift Vouchers ( 1 $200 voucher for the winner of the 0-5 category and 1 $200 voucher to the winner of the 6-12 category).

 

 

9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

 

10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
