Valued at over $2000, the package includes 2 nights’ accommodation for a family of four at Mt Baw Baw Ski Resort, resort entry, a family dingo walk session, a family pass to the Queen Victoria Market Ultimate Foodie Tour, and $250 worth of vouchers to spend at either the Winter Night Market or Queen Victoria Market.

Terms and Conditions - WIN a Winter Family Getaway Valued at Over $2,000
1. The Promoters are Queen Victoria Market (QVM) P/L ABN 44 069 959 771 (QVM Pty Ltd) and Mt Baw
Baw ABN 80 841 224 798
2. QVM Pty Ltd competitions and promotions are not open to employees of the City of Melbourne; staff
of QVM Pty Ltd (be they employees or contractors), their immediate family members or associated
companies; or QVM traders, Winter Night Market traders and their immediate family members.
3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. By entering you accept these Terms and Conditions.
5. To enter the promotion, you must complete an entry form including all mandatory fields online at
qvm.com.au/win.
6. Each entrant is permitted to enter the promotion once. An entrant must not submit an entry on
behalf of someone else.
7. Entrants must be over 13 years of age.
9. Promotion commences on 17/6/2022 at 9am AEST. Entries close at 11.59pm AEST on 31/7/22
(Promotional Period).
10. Entries must be received during the Promotional Period. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or
misdirected entries. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
11. The value of the total prize pool is $2,027
12. There will be one (1) prize and one (1) winner. The winner will receive 2 nights’ accommodation for a
family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 16 years or under) at the Mt Baw Baw Alpine Ski Resort,
resort entry for a family of four, a family dingo walk session, a family pass to the Ultimate Foodie Tour (2
adults and 2 children aged 5-14 years) at Queen Vic Market and $250 worth of vouchers to spend at
either the Winter Night Market or Queen Victoria Market.
13. The winners will be drawn randomly from the valid entries at the Queen Victoria Market head office,
Level 10, 501 Swanston Street, Melbourne.
14. The winner will be notified by email or phone on 4/8/2022 and informed of how to claim the prize
16. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Prize is not convertible to cash, exchangeable, transferable and not for sale.
18. The Mt Baw Baw Alpine Ski Resort prize package is inclusive of accommodation for a family of four,
resort entry and a family dingo walk session (2 adults and 2 children aged 16 years or under ), and must
be redeemed by 1 October 2023.
19. The Queen Victoria Market prize package is inclusive of an Ultimate Foodie Tour family pass (2 adults
and 2 children aged 5-14 years) and $250 worth of vouchers to spend at either the Winter Night Market
or Queen Victoria Market.
20. If the winner of the Prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s
nominated parent or guardian.
21. The Promoters reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including
an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry
that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process or
submits more than one valid entry into the draw. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of its rights at
any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
22. The Promoters may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw in order to
distribute the Prize if it remains uncollected by 18/8/2022 subject to any written directions given by a
regulatory authority.
23. If the prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to
substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification,
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
24. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the control of the Promoters, the Promoters reserves the right, in
their sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to
any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the
promotion, as appropriate.
25. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters (including theirs officers,
employees and agents) exclude all liability including negligence for any personal injury; or loss or
damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any
way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any
technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoters’ control); (b) any
theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry prize claim that is late, lost, altered,
damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any tax
liability incurred by winner or entrant; or (f) use of the Prize.
26. The Promoters collect personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry into this
competition is conditional on the provision of the personal information requested. Unless otherwise
advised, the Promoters may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes,
including sending electronic messages. Entries will be automatically subscribed to the QVM, Night
Market and Mt Baw Baw databases. Promoters may use the entrants' names for future promotional,
marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoters, and the entrant consents to such use.
Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoters. All entries
become the property of the Promoters.
27. Entrants consent to the Promoters using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the
event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for any
unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any
outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed, and/or supplied by the Promoter.
28. Queen Victoria Market and Mt Baw Baw reserve the right to alter or amend these Terms and
Conditions at any time and to cancel the competition without further recourse to the entrants.
