TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promotion commences at 9AM AEST on 15/08/2022 and closes at 3pm AEST on 19/08/2022.

Entry to the Promotion is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who fulfill the entry requirements.

To participate, entrants must follow both the SugarBaby Beauty (@sugarbabybeauty) and Tanzee Beauty (@tanzeebeauty) Instagram pages, like the @sugarbabybeauty giveaway post, and tag a friend in the comments.

Entry Restrictions: Directors, management, employees, officers, and contractors (and their immediate families) of SugarBaby or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling.

The Promotion requires no skill to participate. SugarBaby will select 1 winner at random on 19/08/2022 at 4:30PM at 105 Vanessa Street, Kingsgrove, Sydney, NSW, Australia 2208. The winner will win The Ultimate Tan Plan Kit containing SugarBaby and Tanzee items worth up to $250 AUD. The prize awarded by SugarBaby is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any valuable consideration, in particular for money. Any attempt to sell the prize or attempt to exchange the prize for valuable consideration will result in the cancellation of the prize. SugarBaby has the sole and absolute discretion to decide such matters.

If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, SugarBaby, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute for the Prize (or that part of the Prize) a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.

The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 2 business days of the draw and published at https://www.instagram.com/sugarbabybeauty within 7 business days.

If a winner cannot be contacted by 21/11/2022 of the first notification attempt, if the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the winner rejects the prize, or in the event of non-compliance with these rules, their prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries on 22/11/22 at 9AM at the same location as the original draw. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. The winner will be notified via email within 2 business days of the draw and published at https://www.instagram.com/sugarbabybeauty within 7 business days.

SugarBaby may at its discretion amend any aspect of this Promotion or of these Terms and Conditions or cancel this Promotion, subject to applicable laws in each Relevant State/Territory. Any amendment will be notified on SugarBaby’s website.

There is no maximum on the number of entries.
