Life is full of moments that bring us joy. We like to think that Vanuatu Moments are some of the most joyous, and we're keen to see how you experience your Vanuatu Moment.

If you've visited us before, we'd love to see an example of your Vanuatu Moment from your trip. Perhaps it was when you posted a letter at the Underwater Post Office or climbed up Mele Cascades.

If you've not yet visited, we'd love to see how you bring a slice of Vanuatu to your everyday life, whether it's hiking through forests, swimming at local beaches or soaking in an unforgettable sunset.

The person with the most original or creative response will win return flights for two to Vanuatu (thanks to Air Vanuatu!) and AUD$1,500 towards accommodation of their choice (which could be either a locally owned bungalow, or a in a resort!) to go enjoy a Vanuatu Moment or two.

Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
The “Promoter” is GTI Tourism Pty Ltd on behalf of Vanuatu Tourism Office (VTO), 10 Boronia St, Redfern, NSW, 2016 AUSTRALIA, ABN 87122809974
The game of skill promotion commences on 9:00AM AEST Tuesday 16th August 2022 and concludes at 5:00PM AEST Wednesday 14th September 2022. (“Promotional Period”). Entering the promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
The promotion is only open to Eligible Entrants.
An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who is:
Not an employee, officer, servant or contractor of the Promoter or any organisation associated with the Competition or provision of the gift/prize, or their related corporate bodies or associates or any of their agencies involved with the promotion;
Not a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee or other person as described in clause 5(a) above;
A permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand; and
Aged 18 years or over.
All relevant instructions on the Promoter’s website (if any) form part of these conditions.

Maximum 1 x entry per person Posting more than one photo does not provide multiple chances to win. Incomplete, illegible, or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Content must be generated by the eligible entrant i.e., images they have captured themselves.

All entries become the property of the Promoter.
By entering the promotion, participants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s Instagram handle (via Direct Message) or Facebook account (via Messenger) to contact them if they are the winner.
By entering the promotion and claiming the Prize, the Winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name and Instagram handle for publicity and competition purposes without compensation and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright.
This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on originality and creativity.
There will only be two (2) winners selected, one (1) for Australia and, one (1) for New Zealand. The winner of the respective country’s prize must reside in that country (i.e., A New Zealander living in Australia would be eligible for the Australian prize, but not the New Zealand prize). The winners will be selected at 12:00PM AEST on Thursday 15th September 2022 at VTO Australia Office.
Each winner will be notified via Instagram on Thursday 15th September, by 5:00PM AEST.
Photo identification (e.g., a Driver’s License) may be required to verify the winners are Eligible Entrants.
If the winners cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw, new winners will be reselected at 12:00PM AEST on Monday 26th September at VTO Australia office, 10 Boronia St, Redfern, NSW 2016. The new winners will be notified via Instagram. The winners’ details (Instagram handle) will be published on the competition website (https://www.vanuatu.travel/au/win/vanuatumoments-competition) & (https://www.vanuatu.travel/nz/win-nz/vanuatu-moments-competi...) by Monday, 3 October 2022, once they have been confirmed to be Eligible Entrants.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. It is non-refundable and cannot be altered in any way and cannot be taken in parts.
The Promoter expressly disclaims any responsibility and entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the promotion entities from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss whatsoever relating to or arising in connection with participation in this promotion (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
The Promoter’s decision concerning any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter collects information about entrants, including names and contact details that entrants provide when registering or using our services, as well as information from data houses, social media services, affiliates, and other entities. The Promoter collects and uses that information to provide you with our goods and services, to promote and improve our goods and services, to provide opted-in entrants with targeted advertising, for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and for any other purposes, described at the time of collection.
