Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and any companies associated with this Promotion (including their officers, employees and agents), excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way from participating in the Promotion or otherwise arising out of the Promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control), any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference, any entry that is late, lost, altered, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including but not limited to Entrant error or omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption or communications failure, any tax liability incurred by an Entrant.

Terms and Conditions:

The Promotion commences on Monday, 15th August 2022 at 7am and concludes on Saturday, 24th December at 2pm (unless extended at the sole option of the Manager) (Promotion Period).

Entry in the Promotion is only open to people located in the state of Queensland.

Entry in the Promotion is subject to:

a. the Entrant making a purchase of $50.00 or more at a T-Bones Fresh Food Market during the Promotion Period (Purchase); and
b. each Entrant will receive one entry per $50.00 spent and an additional bonus entry for purchases about $150; and
c. complete competition entry form.

Participation in the ‘Win a Car for Christmas’ promotion may occur during the operating hours of 7am – 9pm daily during the Promotion Period. Conditions of Entry 9. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over to participate in the Promotion.
