TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.             Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By entering the promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

 

2.             Participants must be existing subscribers to Tourism and Events Queensland’s enewsletter who currently reside in Queensland.

 

3.             You will be entered into the promotion by visiting online form and providing the information requested. The promotion will open at 9.00am (Queensland time) on 26 September 2022 and close at 9.00pm (Queensland time) on 3 October 2022.  Participants may enter once only.



4.             Eligible participants will go into a random draw to win the following Prize:

 

i)               2 x General Admission season tickets (Friday to Sunday);

ii)             Course car ride for 2 people on either the Saturday or Sunday (early morning prior to the event start);

iii)            2 x Grid walks on each day of the event – walk through the starting grid prior to the main race

5.             The winner will be randomly selected by Tourism and Events Queensland on Tuesday 4 October 2022 at 515 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley, 4006.  The winner will be notified by email by 5.00pm on 5 October 2022 and must respond within 1 week.  If the Prize is not claimed within 1 week of the draw, a re-draw for the unclaimed Prize will be conducted.

 

6.             The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

 

7.             If a Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value. It is a condition of accepting a Prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and Prize supplier’s requirements. Each Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.

 

8.             By entering the promotion, participants accept that the Promoter may use their name and likeness for their promotional and publicity purposes without the payment of any fee. By entering the promotion, participants accept that the Promoter will be capturing personal information to administer the promotion.

 

9.             Tourism and Events Queensland’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  Each participant releases and indemnifies Tourism and Events Queensland against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the Prize or participation in the promotion.
