Description Location & Map Contact By Thomas Eccleshare Directed by: Gavin Roach Performed by: Michelle Perera and Kristina Benton If you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, does it make any more sense to judge a book by its author? A reclusive children’s writer becomes wildly successful. Her books are treasured across the country. Her public are desperate to know just who is behind the stories. But as a troubling narrative begins to unfold and her constantly irrational excuses, readers begin to ask, what is she so afraid of? Brilliantly imaginative and theatrically original, Heather by Thomas Eccleshare is a short, sharp play about language, prejudice and the power of stories.
