Giti’s Enjoy Driving Challenge! Welcome to Giti’s Enjoy Driving Challenge! Giti has launched a fun and interactive E-game that is available for play from 1 Sept until the end of November 2022. This simple and fun game competition is open to everyone. To join, people can just scan the QR code and register to play. A leaderboard will update the top players. Each month there will be a prize for the top Australian leaderboard player. Prizes include Nintendo Switch & Giti merchandise packs, valued at $600. A total of 3 prize packs to be won for each top leaderboard winner for each month; Sept, Oct & Nov. DURATION The Promotion begins on Septemeber 1, 2022 at 00:00:01 AM PST and ends on November 30, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM PST. Please follow Giti Global Facebook account for more updates! Enjoy Driving Challenge Terms & Conditions 1. All prizes and competitions are organized by Giti Tire How to Enter 1. Play the ‘Giti Enjoy Driving Challenge’ game and get a high score on the leaderboard 2. All registered users will be eligible to win monthly prizes and will be contacted accordingly by their email provided. 3. Our prize draws and competitions are free to enter and no purchase is necessary 4. Giti Tire will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. 5. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact e-marketing.int@giti.com . 6. Giti Tire will never ask participants for money to redeem prizes or any other reason. Please do not provide any money for such requests. 7. Giti Tire reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions, or if it believes there were methods used to artificially make a score. Eligibility 8. Entrants under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant. 9. Unlimited entries are permitted. 10. Entries should abide by the rules and regulations of the user’s local country. 11. A user is only permitted to win a prize from the e-game once every six months. They will still be able to appear on the leaderboard, but the prizes will go to the highest placing scores who have not yet won a prize. The Prizes 12. A winner will be chosen from the eligable top 3 leaderboard scores as indicated above. 13. The winner will receive details of the prize. 14. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Giti Tire within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Giti Tire will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Giti Tire reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Giti Tire’s control makes it necessary to do so. 16. The decision of Giti Tire regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Data Protection and Publicity 17.
