We’ll award a bonus entry to any submission who can also share how the Megasealed team helped to transform the bathroom horror from trick-to-treat and back to its heavenly best.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Megasealed Spooky Stories Halloween Competition is hosted and offered by Megasealed Bathrooms & Balconies Franchise Aust Pty Ltd. ABN: 74 108 740 530.

The promotion starts on 1st October and closes for entries at 11:59pm 28th October 2022. Entries after this deadline will not be eligible for consideration.

The eligible entrant with the most creative and enthralling bathroom or property inspection nightmare, written in under 250-words will win. A bonus entry will be awarded to stories that include reference to how Megasealed Australia have assist to transform the bathroom disaster. This bonus entry will be awarded at the discretion of Megasealed Bathrooms & Balconies Franchise Australia.

1x winner will be chosen from each state (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS, WA) and receive a $250 Red Balloon experience gift card.

You must be 18 years of age or above to apply.

The winners shall not assign or transfer the prize and shall not be entitled to any other compensation whether in cash or kind.

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms whatsoever.

This is a game of skill so luck won’t help you win, but a great spooky bathroom horror story entry might. All entries will be judged by the Megasealed Marketing team.

Entries are to be written in 250-words or less with no identifiable property details included. If any private details are included these will be removed by the Megasealed team prior to use in any further marketing or promotional capacity.

You can enter multiple spooky stories, so don’t stop at just one entry!

Entries must be made using the submission form on the Megasealed Spooky Stories competition microsite. Any other way of applying for the promotion will not be accepted.

Megasealed reserves the right to use the story you provide, including your first name for shout-outs, promotions, announcements, in social and advertising material and for consumer marketing.

Megasealed may cancel, change, or substitute Megasealed Spooky Stories or the Terms at any point in time without any prior notice.

Megasealed can disqualify any applicant at any stage that is in any way inappropriate or submitted by fake profiles.

In the unfortunate case that you choose to back out after being shortlisted, we will be selecting the next suitable candidate as winner.

Megasealed is not liable for any technical issues/difficulty/delay in submission of the application form/video entry.

Things not in our control include difficulties due to hardware equipment failure, configuration issue, network congestion, or due to changes in regulations carried out by any other regulatory body.

Winners will be selected and notified on the 31st of October 2022. Winners will be notified via email and their names will be published from 14/11/2022. If for any reason a winner does not redeem a prize by the time stipulated by Megasealed Bathrooms & Balconies Franchise Australia, then the prize will be forfeited. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 07/11/2022.
