Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 except employees of Visit Northern Tasmania, Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery, or any of these organisations family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. 2. There is no entry fee and no specific purchase necessary to enter this competition. 3. Entrants must be available to redeem the prize between November 2022 – December 2022. Prize on offer 1. Some activities may not be available due to adverse weather conditions in which case winners will not be compensated for the applicable prize element, this part of the prize will simply be void. 3. The Holiday Prize must be redeemed on the specified dates above, no date changes are allowed. If the prize winner is unable to travel during this travel period, another winner will be drawn by Visit Northern Tasmania 4. All elements of the prize are locked in for the dates prescribed and are not changeable, inability to attend any part of the prize on the winner’s behalf will be forfeited with no remuneration. 5. To enter, individuals need to: complete the online entry form available via www.visitnortherntasmania.com.au/archie100 and submit no later than 11.59pm 31st October 2022. 2. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. 3. Only one entry is permitted per individual. 4. Visit Northern Tasmania reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 5. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Visit Northern Tasmania reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. When to enter October, 2022 1. Entries open at 12.01am AEST on 10 October 2022 2. Closing date for entries will be 11.59pm AEST on 31 October 2022. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted 3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Judging Process 1. The prize winner will be notified in writing via email on 1 November 2022 no later than 5.00pm AEST. Their name may be published on the Visit Northern Tasmania Facebook page, Visit Northern Tasmania Website and the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Galley Website. 2. If the prize is not claimed by 5:00pm (AEST) on Thursday 3rd November 2022, Visit Northern Tasmania reserves the right to award the prize to the second drawn entry. If the winner cannot accept the prize (for whatever reason) the prize will be forfeited by that winner and the third drawn entry will be awarded the prize and so on until a valid winner is found who is able to accept the prize.
