The Backstreet Boys are bringing their long-awaited DNA World Tour to Australia in 2023 and you could win your way there!

Backstreet’s back, alright! The biggest selling boy band of all time have reconfirmed the Australia leg of their DNA World Tour, which has a blockbuster production featuring a pyramid-shaped stage of light, trap doors and giant video screens.

Their largest arena tour in 18 years commences in Australia with a show at Perth’s RAC Arena on Saturday, 25 February, followed by shows at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on Tuesday, 28 February and Wednesday, 1 March, then heads to Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on Saturday, 4 March and Sunday, 5 March, before concluding at Brisbane’s Entertainment Centre on Wednesday, 8 March 2023.

Competition commences Thursday, 20th October 2022 at 7.00am AEDT.
The Promoter reserves the right to tease the Promotion prior to the Competition start date.
 7: Competition Period Close Date and Time
Competition concludes Thursday, 3rd November 2022 at 11.59pm AEDT or whenever the Prize has been awarded.
The Promoter reserves the right to:
(a) amend the Contesting Period at its absolute discretion including to close the Competition within the Competition Period; and
(b) terminate the Competition subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.
   8: Entry Restrictions
(a) Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or over at the time of Entry.
(b) Entrants may enter more than once, however only one (1) Prize can be won per person per Competition.
(c) Promotions are not open to any person, including Australian residents, entering the Competition from outside of Australia.
(d) Entrants acknowledge that they must be contactable by the Promoter in order to be successful. Entrants unable to be contacted in accordance with these Terms for any reason will forfeit their Prize / Opportunity.
(e) Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible in the Promotion and all Entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect or misleading information may, at the discretion of the Promoter be deemed invalid.
(f) Entrants may be required to sign a legal indemnity form prior to accepting any Prizes.

   (g) Entrants must be Australian residents and have a registered address in either New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria or Western Australia.
(h) Entrants must have their social media profile set to “public” or viewable by the public in respect of any material as part of their Entry.
(i) Entrants must be willing for their photos, videos or other material submitted as part of their Entry to be published, including later publication by the Promoter for the purposes of the Promotion.
(j) For entries via the iHeartRadio App, Entrants must have the App downloaded on their phones and have registered their details with iHeartRadio.
(k) The Promoter reserves the right to give away clues or bonus entries to registered iHeartRadio users via the iHeartRadio App.
(l) Entrants must be able to travel to the Prize destination and attend the Backstreet Boys event on the specified date in their dedicated State. Entrants unavailable to travel and attend will forfeit their Entry.
  9: How to Enter
  During the Competition Period:
(a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials, announcer solicits, promotional trailers, iHeartRadio in-app notifications and / or via social media to visit the Station Website and complete the online Entry Form by providing their contact details – full name, phone number, email address, postcode and year of birth and by stating in twenty-five (25) words or less why they want see the Backstreet Boys.
(b) Each Entry submitted in the above specified Competition Period will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter.
(c) The Promoter will select Winners that it believes, based on valid registrations received:
(i) meet the Entry restrictions.
(ii) have an appeal for radio.
(iii) areconsistentwiththeStation’sstyleofirreverenceand
humour.
(iv) creativity,personality,authenticity,uniqueness,heart-
warming etc.; and
(v) suitability for the Promotion, including for example
competitiveness.
(d) The Promoter will select four (4) Entries [one (1) Entry from New South Wales, one (1) Entry from Queensland, one (1) Entry from Victoria and one (1) Entry from Western Australia] over the Contesting Period that it deems to be the “best” (in its absolute discretion) based on the above criteria from all valid Entries received within the time period specified to receive a Prize.
(e) The Entries deemed the “best” will be awarded a Prize.

   (f) The Station may use the Entrants and their stories live on-air in connection with the Promotion over the specified Competition Period. For example, the Promoter in its absolute discretion may invite Entrants to air to talk about their Entry. If an Entrant is invited to speak on-air this does not deem them as a Winner. The Promoter in its absolute discretion has the right to share Entrants’ stories online and via its social media platforms.
(g) The Station may contact Entrants to ask further questions about their Entry. If Entrants receive a call or are put to air this does not mean that they are deemed a Winner.
(h) The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refrain from broadcasting any call.
  10: Limitation on Entries
 Entrants may submit as many Entries as they wish however each Entry must be submitted via a separate online Entry Form on each occasion and contain a different answer to the question stated on the online Entry Form. Entrants may only Win one (1) Prize each.

 (a) After the close of Entries, each valid Entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things:
(i) meet the Entry restrictions;
(ii) have an appeal for radio;

(iv) creativity,personality,authenticity,uniqueness,heart- warming etc.; and
(v) suitability for the Promotion, including for example competitiveness.
(b) The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Queensland Prize
There is up to one (1) Prize to be won for an Entrant with a registered address in Queensland, for up to one (1) Winner:
- Two (2) tickets to the Backstreet Boys event on Wednesday, 8th March 2023 at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane, Queensland, valued at up to $310.00 AUD including GST.

   Victorian Prize
There is up to one (1) Prize to be won for an Entrant with a registered address in Victoria, for up to one (1) Winner:
- Two (2) tickets to the Backstreet Boys event on Wednesday, 1st March 2023 at Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne, Victoria, valued at up to $310.00 AUD including GST.
Western Australia Prize
There is up to one (1) Prize to be won for an Entrant with a registered address in Western Australia, for up to one (1) Winner:
- Two (2) tickets to the Backstreet Boys event on Saturday, 25th February 2023 at RAC Arena, Perth, Western Australia, valued at up to $310.00 AUD including GST.
Once a Winner has been allocated tickets to an event, they are ineligible to win any additional tickets to the same event.
For the avoidance of doubt, travel or accommodation are not included in the Prize and any travel or accommodation needed to take the Prize will be at the Prize Winner’s expense.
If an Entrant is deemed a Winner, they will receive one (1) Prize only.
Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
All Prizes are non-transferable. Any Prize that is found to be for sale or on-sold will be cancelled and will not be reissued.
No refund or exchange will be given for any Prize.
