TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter the salt&pepper ‘Christmas is on us this year’ Competition and to Win 1 of 3 prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years and older. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and retailers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. If the person who is entering is under 18 years old at the start date of the competition, they are required to obtain a legal guardian's permission to enter.
3. The Promotion starts at 9am AEDT Tuesday 25th October 2022 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT Sunday 11th December 2022 ("Promotion Period").

4. To enter the Competition during the Promotional Period:

a) Customer must spend a minimum of $75 or more in-store or online at saltandpepper.com.au
to enter. The purchase must exclude gift card/s.

b) For purchases made in store, customers must scan the QR code found in-store or
alternatively, enter via our salt&pepper.com.au website. Customers will be required to input
their receipt sales order number, full name, email address and phone number.
c) For purchases made online, customers will be able to enter the competition by completing
the online form hosted on the online order confirmation page on salt&pepper.com.au. Customers will be required to input their receipt sales order number or order number, full name, email address and phone number.
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time during or after the closing date of the promotion to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. No responsibility accepted for late or misdirected entries. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt in the 'salt&pepper's Christmas is on us this year’ database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.
7. This competition is a game of chance. Winners will be selected at random from the customer entries we have received.
8. All entrants must retain proof of purchase to be eligible for competition entry.
9. The three winners will be drawn randomly on Wednesday 14th December 2022 at 10:00am AEDT from all entries received during the Entry Period. The entries will be drawn at Bambis, 1-9 Moreland Road Coburg VIC 3058. The result of the Draw is final, and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
10. The winners will be notified via email and names published on our online website on Friday 16th December 2022 at 10:00am AEDT until the 16th of January 2023 at 10:00am AEDT. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide identity and residence. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
12. There will be three unique prizes to win at different values.
a) 1st Prize winner will receive a $2000 salt&pepper gift card, $1,500 Coles voucher, Robert
Welch Radford 84 Piece Cutlery Set (Model #53113 - valued at $1,099.95 RRP) and a
Weber Family Q - Black (Model #56010124 - valued at $939 RRP).
b) 2nd Prize winner will receive a $1000 salt&pepper gift card.
c) 3rd Prize winner will receive a $500 salt&pepper gift card.
13. Each winner can choose if they want their salt&pepper gift card as a physical Gift Card that can only be redeemed in-store, or an eGift Card that can only be redeemed online at salt&pepper.com.au. The Gift Card is not refundable and cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards. The prize or any unused portion of the prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The promoter will not be responsible for any additional costs added at the winner’s discretion.
14. Winners will be notified by the salt&pepper customer care team via email. All entrants can view the winner’s of the competition via the saltandpepper.com.au website.
15. The winners must claim their prize by 11:59pm AEDT Friday 28th December 2022. The salt&pepper customer care team will request the winner of the 1st prize to supply their residential address so they can organise delivery of their prizes. If the 2nd prize or 3rd prize winner choose a physical gift card, they will also need to supply their residential address with our salt&pepper customer care team. Residential addresses will solely only be used to deliver the physical prizes to the winners.
16. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the invalid winner/s will be rejected, and prize pool will be redrawn on the Tuesday 14th March 2023 at 10:00am AEDT. This will be redrawn at Bambis, 1-9 Moreland Road Coburg VIC 3058. The updated winners will be published on saltandpepper.com.au on Wednesday 15th March 2023 at 10:00am AEDT.
17. In the event that a prize, or an element of a prize is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various lottery Departments.
18. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
19. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any

other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.
20. Any costs associated with accessing the salt&pepper online entry form is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury, which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
22. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
23. The Promoter shall not be liable for any prizes/merchandise that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
24. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
25. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (incl. photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
