It’s been written by Liv Downing, a registered psychologist, mindfulness educator, meditation teacher and parent who also has a podcast called You Are Loved. The illustrations are by Mel Matthews. To celebrate its release by Allen & Unwin, we have 15 copies to give away. To enter, colour in the picture and then ask your parent or carer to take a photograph and email it to us.
