On each day over the next 12 days a winner will be chosen based on the creativity of their message and receive a $50 e-voucher* and at the end of the competition, one lucky winner will receive a $1000 e-voucher!* Goodluck!

Entry is not open to:
directors, management, employees, officers, and contractors of:
the Promoter;
the Prize Supplier;
any related bodies corporate of the Promoter and the Prize Supplier; and
the agencies and companies associated with the Promoter or the Promotion; and b) a spouse, de facto spouse, partner, guardian, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by marriage or adoption) of any person set out in.
Entry Method
Entrant’s must complete the following:
A. Follow @simondshomes
B. Tag a friend or friends
C. Click through to our virtual tours page
D. Find the daily elf in one of our displays. The elf will contain the secret word for the day
E. Fill in the form which needs to include the following:
Entrant’s First Name;
Entrant’s Last Name;
Entrant’s Email Address;
Entrant’s Mobile Number;
In 25 words or less…use the daily secret word to describe the home
Maximum Entries
Entrant’s may only enter once per day during the Promotional Period. If the Entrant submits more than one entry per day, all subsequent entries will be deleted.
Winner Determination
Game of skill. The most creative answer that includes the secret code word for that given day, whilst demonstrating knowledge of the Simonds display home will be awarded the $50 e-gift voucher. The winner will be drawn as follows:
Winners of days 1-4: Monday 5th December 2022
Winners of days 5-11: Monday 12th December 2022
On the 12th day of the competition (Monday 12th December) the winner for that day will be awarded a $1,000 e-gift voucher. The winner for the 12th day will be drawn on:
Tuesday 13th December 2022
They will be selected based on skill by the Promoter at Level 5, 570 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004.
Participants are not required to be physically present at the draw.

Winner Notification
Daily winners of the $50 e-gift card will be notified by phone and email, on:
Winners of days 1-4: Monday 5th December 2022
Winners of days 5-11: Monday 12th December 2022
Winner of the $1,000 e-gift card will be notified by phone and email, on:
Tuesday 13th December 2022
in accordance with the details inserted in the Simonds Terms & Conditions landing page.

Prize claim date
The prize for winners of days 1-4 must be claimed by 5pm (AEDT) on 6th December 2022. If the prize remains unclaimed by any of the 4 winners after this time, that unclaimed prize will be redistributed to the second most creative answer for that given day.
The prize for winners of days 5-11 must be claimed by 5pm (AEDT) on 13th December 2022. If the prize remains unclaimed by any of the 7 winners after this time, that unclaimed prize will be redistributed to the second most creative answer for that given day.
The prize for winner of day 12: Tuesday 13th December 2022 must be claimed by 5pm (AEDT) on 14th December 2022. If the prize remains unclaimed after this time, that unclaimed prize will be redistributed to the second most creative answer for that given day.
