1. Eligibility Requirements:
This competition is open to Australian residents that are 18 years old and over, or have
sought guardian consent prior to entering.
The entrant must follow the instructions in the relevant social media post in order for
their entry to be valid.
If applicable, entrants must have their profiles on public to ensure that their entries can
be seen.
2. Promoter:

Street, Croydon NSW 2132. The competition may potentially be drawn and judged by
Milkbar Digital, Level 1/5 Little Chapel Street, Prahran, 3181.
Entering the Competition:
Entrants must follow instructions on the initial competition post.
Details of the competition including how to enter, the conclusion date and prize
information will be published in the initial competition post.
The amount of times you may enter in a competition will be stated within the initial
competition post.
There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. The Prize:
The Prize is stated within the initial competition post.
Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize
for one of equal or greater value.
4. Method of Selecting a Winner(s):
The winner(s) will be selected and chosen by the Promoter at random.
5. Notifying Winner(s):
Winner(s) will be notified by being tagged publicly in the initial competition post and will
also be direct messaged on Instagram or Facebook, whichever is the relevant platform.
The winner must respond in 3 days after the Promoter makes contact or the winner(s)
will be redrawn.
The winner must provide a physical address. Not a PO Box address. They must also be
prepared to provide a full name, contact phone number and e-mail address. All personal
information collected will be dealt with in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s
