Holman Industries ‘7 Days of Holman Christmas’ Giveaway on the Holman email newsletter, Facebook Industries (https://facebook.com/holmanindustries) and the Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/holmangarden/) of Holman Industries refer to Holman Industries Head Office, 11 Walters Drive, Osborne Park 6017, organised from 16/12/2022 to 22/12/2022. The contest is not affiliated with Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organised by Facebook, Instagram or Mailchimp. 1. ENTRY
Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participants enter the competition by filling out their details on a form on the Holman Industries website within the allocated time frame (16/12/22 to (22/12/22). One winner will be picked and announced on the following day that the prize is released.

2. ELIGIBILITIES
Eligible persons must reside in Australia and be aged at least 18 years old. Entrants under the age of 18 must have their parent/guardian accept these Terms and Conditions to be eligible to win. Excluded from participation are Holman Industries employees and their relatives.
Incomplete or incorrect entries, or those which contain offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, will be deemed invalid.

3. PARTICIPATION AND PROFIT DRAW
Participation in the contest requires entrants to enter their details via the form the Holman Industries website.
Holman Industries reserves the right to request that the winner provides proof of identity prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Holman Industries.
If a winner is unable to be contacted and all methods of communication are unsuccessful, or a winner does not respond to Holman Industries initial communications within three (3) days, another winner will be selected for any unclaimed at the same time and place as the original selection, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
Winners will be notified via Instagram Stories on the Holman Industries Instagram page. The prize remains the property of Holman until claimed by the prize winner.

Holman Industries will decide the winner of ‘Day 1 of Holman Christmas’ on Monday 19 December 2022 and that decision will be final and non-negotiable.
Competition 2

Holman Industries will decide the winner of ‘Day 2 of Holman Christmas’ on Monday 19 December 2022 and that decision will be final and non-negotiable.
Competition 3

Win a 5L EzySpray Garden Sprayer and a Walk In Greenhouse
Holman Industries will decide the winner of ‘Day 3 of Holman Christmas’ on Monday 19 December 2022 and that decision will be final and non-negotiable.
Competition 4

Win a 20m Charcoal Retractable Hose Reel
Holman Industries will decide the winner of ‘Day 4 of Holman Christmas’ on Tuesday 20 December 2022 and that decision will be final and non-negotiable.
Competition 5

Holman Industries will decide the winner of ‘Day 5 of Holman Christmas’ on Wednesday 21 December 2022 and that decision will be final and non-negotiable.
Competition 6

Holman Industries will decide the winner of ‘Day 6 of Holman Christmas’ on Thursday 22 December 2022 and that decision will be final and non-negotiable.
Competition 7

Holman Industries will decide the winner of ‘Day 7 of Holman Christmas’ on Friday 23 December 2022 and that decision will be final and non-negotiable.
5. PAYOUTS
The profit is exclusively 1x WX1 Tap Timer and Wi-Fi Hub, 1x Self Watering Drip Irrigation System, 1x QuikMix Spray Gun, 1x 5L EzySpray Garden Sprayer, 1x Walk In Greenhouse, 1x 20m Charcoal Retractable Hose Reel, 1x 30m Retractable Hose Reel, 1x Warm White Wi-Fi Garden Light Controller, 1x 43mm Spotlight Value Pack, 2x 250mm Warm White Path Lights, 1x 30m ECO Hose, 1x ECO Multi-Function Spray Gun, 1x 20m Retractable Hose Reel, 2x 12mm Grip’n’Lock Connector Sets, 1x WX2 Wi-Fi Tap Timer with Wi-Fi Hub.
A cash payment of winnings is excluded, as is an exchange of the product.
6. NOTICE AND PRIVACY
The competition participants agree that:

Holman Industries will collect all personal data to conduct the promotion.
All personal information you provide will be used by Holman Industries in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://www.holmanindustries.com.au/privacy-policy/. By providing your personal information, you agree to such use by Holman Industries.
The Promoter is Holman Industries (ABN 2938 5212 665), 11 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA 6017.
In the case of winning, the first name and abbreviated surname plus place of residence of the winners will be published on the Facebook page of Holman Industries, for presentation purposes.
The data used for the operation of the competition will not be sold or transferred to any third parties.
The personal data will be retained for future email communication from Holman Industries.
Holman Industries reserves the right to cancel the contest without notice and will contact any eligible entrants individually by email, where necessary.
Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.
7. LIABILITIES
In circumstances where you suffer loss or damage because of the viewing, use or performance of our website or its contents, we accept no liability for this loss or damage (except where we have been negligent).
Once the prize has left Holman Industries premises, the Promoter and their associated agencies take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed, or lost in transit
