PROMOTION NAME: SCOOP, SIP & SCORE.
This information on how to enter the competition form part of the conditions of entry.  Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions.

The promoter is Walter & Wild Limited, 17 Botha Road, Penrose, Auckland, New Zealand.

To enter, individuals must purchase an ice cream and bottle of specified water (any size Pump water in New Zealand and 600ml Mt Franklin in Australia) at a participating New Zealand Natural store during the promotional period and complete the entry form and place in the entry box at time of purchase.

Customers can submit one entry per product combination of 1 ice cream plus 1 specified water and all mandatory details on the entry form must be completed. Incomplete entries will not be eligible. Entry is open to New Zealand & Australian residents residing in the country of entry. Employees, (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or a New Zealand Natural store or of the other agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

The prize winner must collect the prize on their own accord and at their own expense directly from the store that they entered the competition at or by mutual discussed location.

The competition commences at time of store opening on Wednesday 7 December 2022 and closes on Tuesday 17 January 2023 at time of store closing.  Entries received after this time will not be included in the competition.

There are 8 prizes to be won in Australia and 10 prizes to be won in New Zealand. There will be one winner per full New Zealand Natural store. Total Prize value per prize pack is $460 per prize pack.  Total prize pool value $8,280.

The prize packs consist of: New Zealand - 1 x Black & White Cricket Wicket Chilly Bin, 1 x $50 Prezzy Card, 1 x $50 New Zealand Natural Gift Voucher, 24 x Pump Water 750ml, 24 x Coke 250ml, 24 x Coke Zero 250ml, 24 x Sprite 250ml and 2 x Pump sunglasses. Australia - 1 x Green & Gold Cricket Wicket Chilly Bin, 1 x $50 Prezzee Card, 1 x $50 New Zealand Natural Gift Voucher, 24 x Mt Franklin 600ml, 24 x Mt Franklin Sparkling Lime 450ml, 24 x Sprite Lemon+ 390ml.  Actual prizes may vary from those listed in point of sale.

The prize draws will take place at each store location on Wednesday 18 January 2023. The first valid entry drawn from each entry box will win the prize. The winners will be notified by telephone and email on Thursday 19 January 2023.

The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draw, if necessary, on 19 April 2023 in order to distribute prizes if they remain unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation. If such draw is required, the winner will be notified by telephone and in writing on 19 April 2023.

The draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All entries become the property of the promoter. The promoter collects the personal information on the entry form provided by entrants in the competition for the purpose of the competition.

By entering the competition and accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed, and photographed, filmed to be used for publicity purposes.
