PARTICIPATION

Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of Zero Co and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER

The competition commences at 12.01AM (AEST) on Monday, December 26, 2022 and ends at 11.59PM (AEST) on Tuesday, January 31st 2023 (“Competition Period”).
To enter, individuals must purchase any Zero Co products (min order value $100) during the ‘Competition Period’.
A customer can only enter the Waste Free 2023 competition one time.
Competition is valid for Australian residents only.
WINNER SELECTION

One (1)  winner will be selected at random for the 1st Prize and contacted on Friday, February 3rd, 2023 via email.
Four (4)  winners will then be selected at random for the ‘New Year New You’ bundles and contacted on Friday, February 3rd, 2023 via email.
PRIZES

The 1st Prize winner will receive a prize of one (1) accommodation for 4 people for 2 nights in a two-bedroom WanderPod at any Wander location, valued at $2,200 AND one (1) 12 month Zero Co subscription for any single-use plastic free body care and cleaning products, valued at $500.
The four (4) ‘New Year New You’ bundle winners will receive a prize of one (1) 12 month Zero Co subscription AND one (1) 8-Week I Quit Sugar Program AND one 6-issue Nourish Magazine bundle AND one (1) 1-month fitness membership to 28 by Sam Wood.
1st prize does not include travel costs, food and beverage, or booked experiences and tours. Offer is subject to availability and is not available on long weekends (New Year's Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day). Valid for travel within 24 months of the winner being announced. Valid for any Wander Pod location in Australia, including new locations released between the time of competition and 24 month validation.
The winner is required to set up their own Zero Co subscription on zeroco.com.au to receive a discount code at the value of $125. This will apply to 4 subsequent subscription orders over a 12 month period. If an order is above $125 this will be charged to the customer. After the 4 orders the subscription will continue using the customer’s payment details or need to be cancelled if the customer does not want to continue with the subscription.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
CONDITIONS

The winner will be notified by email by Zero Co. It is a condition of entry that Zero Co has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion. All entrants accept and permit the use of this information on any medium.
If for any reason a winner does not take a prize within 14 days, then the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.
